  You can tell he never messed with them or picked at them. This was a very nice service for you to provide him. With this story as inspiration, you could sell reduced cost service GIFT cards designed for people to gift such services to people they know or think might use the service. The gift giver wouldn’t be charged until the card is used but it could be for extractions or even a facial service or manicure/pedicure. I keep thinking about how much my mom would love to be pampered after chemotherapy because the process wa so taxing on her body and soul. She liked being pampered. This client, here, never knew that he could live a day without these lesions on his face. Now, he know he can get help. How beautiful.

  Have you tried pore strips on the nose? The paint on ones seem to be the type most people like. Then you can take tiny tweezers or nippers and pluck out what the strips miss. It looks great on camera and hurts the client a lot less.

  This was a post sex grooming regimen along decimating any ear hair,long nostril hairs,eyebrows trimmed and worst of all the Toenail Trimming Torture. Basic trimming the nails wasn't too bad. Then wedging the nail clippers under the sides of the nails to prevent them curling into the nail bed was always a fresh hell every time. I told our podiatrist when she did it and it's horrors. He'd look at me seriously with hand on my shoulder and say "Did she break you? You didn't talk did you?" I'd say no but I wasn't sure how much longer I'd hold out.

  Why tear the skin? Why not use the proper tool? And other than for job security, why not get all of the junk out? There were a few that have obviously been removed before - but they’re back because you aren’t clearing the whole problem. I could never be your client. I’m sorry/not sorry … if I’m going to pay someone to have the work don’t, I want the job to be completed. In the correct manner. Period.
