Do you know that cops were getting sexually involved with the subjects of investigations, then attempting to falsely charged them when they were ultimately rejected, after said victims discovered they were the co subjects of investigations? That's not only a conflict of interest, but a major ethics violation.

Myself as well 2 other black male was targeted and made racial jokes towards us and Homosexual comments. We recorded it and submitted it to the HR Director and sent several emails and they said that they won't investigate we contacted the EEOC and the company original lawyer sent a response and I sent recording and emails to prove that they were dishonest and the lawyer quit. Now the EEOC has separated our case and dropped our case one by one but issued a right to sue letter. This is concerning when we have evidence and recording but nothing is happening

On July 22 I was pulled over by lake county police Department told me to take A DUI AND I PASSED WITH 3 zeros. HAD TO TAKE MY BLOOD DRAWN. To the Hospital THEN the POLICE TOOK ME TO JAIL. I was THERE FOR 72 HOURS. THE ONLY TIME I WAS ABLE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL WAS WHEN I WAS IN THE POLICE CAR. I HAD TO BEG. I ALSO TOLD THE POLICE THAT I HAD A disability AND THEY MADE FUN OF ME. I speak with a slur and have a cognitive delay. My blood was negative. I spent 3 days in jail and had to pay fines and to get my truck out of impound. They threw my case out of court but my rights have been violated and they did not take me serious. I have been financially and emotionally strained because of all this and they do not believe me.

I was Recruit Chief Petty Officer in Boot Camp, Plane Captain of the Quarter, and Sailor of the Month while serving in the Navy’s Top Gun Squadron. July 12, 2022 I was arrested for homicide in Las Vegas Nevada. Oceanside California police officer Detective Jeffrey D. Vandenberg came to Las Vegas Nevada had me arrested and then left Las Vegas without saying anything to the Las Vegas police department that he had arrest me. Las Vegas police department didn’t know what to do with me. They called Oceanside police department and they said they didn’t want me. They weren’t sending anyone for me, and they didn’t want me sent to them. Las Vegas police department released me and said they didn’t know what else to do with me. They said there still was a homicide charge against me and that I had to call Oceanside police department and ask them to remove it. When was the last time someone was released from jail with a pending homicide charge against them? Never. The arrest was a blatant assault on me because things didn’t go the way detective Vandenberg wanted them to. The last thing this detective said to me before having me arrested was that man died because you didn’t call 911. This is how Oceanside police treat disabled Veterans. After being released from jail I have been threatened numerous times for trying to pursue legal action for the false arrest. Everyone knows police are quitting their jobs in record numbers. They’re not quitting for the reasons were told, they’re quitting for conscience sake. They don’t want to be part of the corruption in the police department. I need help finding and attorney. I would bet ---You ABSOLUTELY WILL be able to sell your real property at much higher than pre-casino property values. Keep an eye on sales in your area so you know where you stand now to compare to future FairMValue next year & 2 years out & future. As the values go up You can also expect prop tax to start to increase as well. The casino should bring a lot of interest, visitors and business revenue to the town. I had my downstairs neighbors. Turning the heat up to 90 degrees, causing me to have seizures which I'm on disability for landlord. Turned around kicked me out when I Complained right after she also raise my rent. But no one else's told me told me. It was because I had lived there so long. I am from Warren Ohio icontact Cleveland civil rights. They told me Akron office handles it call Akron office. They say Cleveland handles it leave a message. They call back and pronounce my last name as bitch and giggle in the background on my phone. Call a lawyer, hang up on you. Mid sentence won't even listen to what is going on. So what's a person supposed to do. I tried to file a complaint with the health department over my landlord. Allowing the heat to be turned up. They refuse to let me file a complaint or talk to anyone higher. Contact code enforcement same thing. Police same thing. The hospital was sick when I told them why I had my seizure. And how nobody would help me. Now I live homeless in my car because all the homeless shelters turned me away. Told me once you go in there you can never leave. Can't have a phone. Questions me about my food stamps getting taken? I told him when the president stopped covid I lost my food stamps. He then asked me if I was Democrat or republican? I asked what that was for hecause I pay your Check you get every month because You're too lazy to work. Says I don't deserve any help a thousand dollars a month is more than Enough to buy a house. I tell him i'm not on s s I? I then leave. Third place Salvation Army. My insurance company tells me I can get ice there for my cooler. I go there. Mann says I was misinformed. They can do it this one time but never again. Who told me this? I tell him United healthcare. My insurance company that spoke to somebody here and they told them that. He still says they were misinformed. This is how they treat you when you're homeless. Nobody will help you. In their eyes you're a criminal. There's nobody to protect your rights or at least that i've been able to find. The moment they hear you're homeless they hang up. Don't forget I have an income. It's very likely I received a shot of some kind that went through my head by law enforcement but everyone acted sketchy and weird after the incident. The only proof I can get is by medical x-rays and I have had many attacks on my life and we'll being. I can't trust anyone and I need help. This has been going on for over 5 years now. In my daughter's murder case in 2013 the prosecutor destroyed and withheld evidence in the conviction of Kinnear. We (my friend and I) showed the prosecutor on both our ipads that Dustin James Kinnear (free since June 18, 2023) took down Dustin James Kinnear premeditated statement, "I want to kill someone" on Facebook in June 2012. My daughter was murdered on June 18. 2013 after three men killed her over $1.00 in Hollywood, CA after calling her a Nig#er three times also on the witness stand in front of me, the jurors etc. before stabbing and killing my beloved daughter. The judge and the Asian prosecutor both said this wasn't a hate crime.
