I think it an expensive gamble... they are catering too much to star power, leaning on multiverse theory and should not rush - it will have plotholes and errors if it does. If vsfx pick up on being pixelfucked it is not going to good for the film and crew.

Man yall remember OG Lion King? OG Aladin? You know back when Disney actually gave a 💩 about their animation. Can we just go back to that? I cant remember the last time I actually sat down and enjoyed anything Disney has put out in the last maybe 10-15 years.

It's a high B for me.. it got too meta jokey and pop song don't make too nondiegetic sense but it had heart.😅 but I thought that inside out 2 is ok not as good as the first- it repeated the same formula but younger gens this high quality compared to all the youtube animation they're watching and one of the few animated family films.

Honestly, if they don’t get Greta Gerwig involved in this Britney Spears biopic, it is a missed opportunity. With Britney’s involvement, the project could be very successful. Greta Gerwig and her feminism in film, would definitely be a great fit and make Britney happy. However, given Britney’s ups and downs in Hollywood, it’s uncertain if she’ll push for this or choose a different path. We’ll have to wait and see.

Maddie Ziegler could be a choice for playing Britney Spears because she’s a dancer and is starting to act. Julia Garner might be a good fit. Zoey Deutch is talented, but I’m not sure if she fits the role. Kaitlyn Dever from "Booksmart" could work too. Florence Pugh is a possibility, but she doesn’t quite resemble Britney.

I think the person who plays Britney should be someone not famous. For example, casting Sydney Sweeney could hurt her career because people would just see her as her previous character, Cassie from Euphoria, rather than Britney. It would be difficult for audiences to separate the actress from her previous roles. They should choose someone who isn't well-known, not a household name, because Sydney is pretty popular now, especially with Gen Z and possibly Millennials. I also don't like the idea of casting Sabrina Carpenter. Sabrina has her own brand, and casting her could confuse people and lead to unrealistic expectations, like her performing Britney's songs. So, they should pick someone off the radar to avoid these issues.

Six months ago, I googled if there would be a Britney Spears biopic and found an article from 2022 where Millie Bobby Brown said she'd love to play Britney. Britney responded, saying she didn't know if a biopic was coming soon and questioned the need for one since she's still alive. So, I wasn’t sure if it would happen or if Britney would be involved. But I just googled it again and found out that Britney actually agreed to a 2024 biopic. It's strange because she previously disagreed when Millie Bobby Brown expressed interest. Maybe she has issues with Millie. I don't know, but it seems odd. I just finished reading the article, and it says that Britney will have the final say in the casting. So, we'll see.

I didn’t care at all about D&W being meta and super unserious. I just watched the movie and had a lot of fun while not expecting much traditional art or storytelling. Though, a lot of that was in the movie for me when it came to Wade wanting to be something bigger than himself and Wolverine dealing with heavy grief and guilt. Blade was my favorite comeback character, I lost it when he came on screen. As for Doom, I’m more curious than anything. I’m very excited that MCU is bringing Doctor Doom in because he is a CRAZY character that’s in the ranks of Scarlet Witch and The One Above All. And I’m very happy to see Robert back. But I am questioning how they’re gonna go about doing this. Along with that, I don’t think Deadpool is a fair comparison to Doomsday. A better comparison would be Thor Love and Thunder. If they make that mistake again, marvel will be (pun intended) doomed. However, I’m putting a lot of faith into the Russo Brothers and the writers of Infinity War and Endgame (They did get Stephen McFeely to co-write both Doomsday and Secret Wars). And lastly, I don’t think they pulled these things out of thin air and are completely rushing things. They’ve been planning on making a Fantastic 4 movie for quite a while now, if I remember correctly

I think my problem with Civil War has always been how it tries to give both sides equal say without really delving into the major flaws of both sides of the argument. Tony's side would help regulate and provide stability to the world following the reveal of people with powers, but, on the flip side, it does not truly go into the loss of human rights that will inevitably happen when someone with less than humanistic goals discovers/gains control of this group of people and sees them as weapons instead of beings (Ross has already done this sort of thing to Hulk and would see no problem with continuing such discrimination as long as it fit his goals, and, furthermore, Agents of Shield shows that he would be far from the only one). On Cap's side he is right that forcing a ton of paperwork on a group which might be needed at a moment's notice would make their jobs immeasurably more difficult and lead to more lives being lost while the beurocrats and politicians argue about minutia that does not truly matter (honestly, they would be worse than our real world equivalents) leading to yet more blame and strife. Having said that, there should be a framework in place so that powered people will be held accountable if they use their powers recklessly and innocents get hurt. Onto other issues with Civil War, both Tony and Cap did many reprehensible things during the film, but I would be remiss to not point out the raging hypocrisy of Tony since not only did he not have Peter Parker sign (which, good, he was underage), but he also brought this underage kid who was clearly hero worshipping Tony (thereby taking advantage of the inherent power imbalance in their relationship) overseas with threats of blackmail about exposing him to his aunt and also did so without her knowing he was going overseas which is kidnapping. He also had Vision hold Wanda under house-arrest without her knowledge, jeopardizing their relationship and might be considered false imprisonment. He exposes Clint's family to Ross and any others who might have been listening whether in person or with recording devices information which had been told to him in the strictest of confidences thereby giving Ross and others blackmail which he would not be above using. While he didn't have a hand in it, I feel it should also be mentioned that he saw very little wrong with Wanda being collared and shocked during her stay at the raft. Following that, he broke the accords he had just signed by going to Siberia without their direct authorization. I understand him going after Bucky, but here is the issue: it is revealed in the commentary of Civil War that when he tries to kill Bucky, it isn't about avenging his parents' deaths but is instead about making Steve hurt as much as he is hurting in that moment. In other words, he was willing to kill a man who had been tortured and brainwashed over seven decades not to prevent Bucky from killing again or out of any sense of putting down a rabid dog but instead simply out of spite. As for Cap, he broke the law on many occasions by going over international lines, breaking Wanda out of her house-arrest, assisted a POW in evading the law, and refused to sign a document which should have been made known to him months before he actually sat down to sign it considering he was considered the face of the "powered individuals" group. If I seem a bit biased, I'm sorry, but a lot of the accords crap reminds me a bit too much of the mutant registration act from X-Men or Jewish registration in Nazi Germany for me to be comfortable with it, especially since, as far as we know, there is no advocacy group of enhanced individuals sitting in with the meetings that not only decide what they are allowed to do but, possibly also, whether they should be allowed to live.

I like it. We're clearly getting an actual Doom at some point, and I'm aware of where this idea came from. It's from a story where Doom tricks Tony to switch minds. Doom takes control of Stark Industries, turning it into Stark Universal. Whereas Tony pushes himself to kick his alcohol addiction, pushing himself to actually get his degrees. This leads to his own startup company, Doom Industries.

Casting RDJ as Doctor Doom is a gamble that is going to pay off for Marvel/Disney or diminish the Marvel brand. The thought of bring back an actor who solidified his role as Tony Stark/Iron Man in the Infinity Saga just to have him play one of the most bad ass Marvel villains is a stretch. 🤔😕

This annoys me because I’m perfectly fine with people saying that kids deserve smart movies, that animation isn’t just for kids, that the excuse of “it’s just a kids movie” isn’t good enough, whatever. But what gets me to my core of rage is when people basically imply that kids movies aren’t allowed to be fun and they need to be super intellectual and deep and I see this all the time. And that annoys me because yes, kids are allowed to have smart movies. But whenever a kids movie is just fun, it seems like people go mad and it leads to the lines between what’s perceived as a fun movie and what’s perceived as a dumb, mindless, brain-rot movie getting blurred. This is why The Mario Movie is receiving hate. Because it’s just a fun movie, it’s not intellectually challenging, it’s not super complicated, but surely no one who went to see the movie wanted that. I mean, it’s the friggin Mario movie, for god’s sake. But that’s why the movie is receiving hate, and I guess I’m not surprised that this time it’s coming from critics who I guess also don’t like simple, fun movies in general. But whoever it is, this happens all the time. A movie comes out, it’s incredibly simple but it’s fun but then it’s also a kids movie so people start raging about how terrible it is and how kids deserve better. And I know that this movie’s only really receiving hate from critics but I feel like this further represents the idea that kids movies aren’t allowed to be fun. And that is something that makes me rage.
