Thank you so much for watching, Kath! ♥️
This is a very good video. It has a lot of useful information and features the good side of Thailand! PS: We couldn't hear parts of information so clearly. Thank you very much for making this nice video about Thailand.
Hello! Thank you so very much for watching ♥️ apologies for the sound issues, we actually have a microphone now 😂 so glad you found the video useful 🇹🇭
This was fun and informative! That swinging ball is pretty high up! Not sure I would be able to get on it 😂 Lovely boat tour and video!
Thank you so much for watching! Honestly, so beautiful. Only regret is not capturing the underwater swim!
@@TheEuropeanTravellersoh yeah! For that, a camera like Insta360 would be the best. What do you use to film? I still use my iPhone and last year I was able to do some underwater filming by using my phone in a waterproof pouch! I got an Insta360 now and looking forward to trying it underwater!
That’s a really good shout! yes, still use an iPhone! Will definitely invest in a Sony FDR X3000 at some point (hopefully) and the Insta360!
This was a great video! Very informative and peaceful. It was so cool to see this side of Thailand. Thanks for sharing. I will consider Koh Samet if I ever visit Thailand!
Thank you so much for watching! Lovely to hear it was peaceful, that’s definitely how we felt when there ♥️
@@TheEuropeanTravellers Amazing! 🌟

"Bad weather" is relative. I'm from Newfoundland. When I lived in England for a few months. I couldn't get over how warm it was. (My Australian friend, on the other hand, was froze to death.) The parents at the school where I taught joked I must be part polar bear because I wikd be in shirtsleeves while they wore a winter coat. 😂
Hey Lesley, thanks for getting in touch! That’s really interesting to hear. We definitely don’t hear many people saying that, so it’s good to hear your perspective! Agreed. We’re slowly coming out of winter here now and… we’ll miss it! How’s the climate in Newfoundland?
Thanks for joining us everyone! Hope you all enjoyed a day out at The Ancient City ⛩ Got to say, feeding the Bang Pu seagulls really made our day! ☀
Sounds like a great day out! The ghosts museum seemed quite scary :)
Thank you! Really peaceful place. Not The Ghost Museum though, especially with tokeys are on the loose...
Wow! I didn’t know Bangkok was so hip.. The gingery dish sounds really tasty! 👏🏻
It really is! We have more videos to come on that, we just filmed one about the Sukhumvit area, really fancy cocktails and speakeasy bars! Thank you for watching ☺️
Very cool! I will keep following your adventures ☺@@TheEuropeanTravellers
Would you ever try Bangkok street food?! 🇹🇭
Have you ever spent Christmas in Thailand? 🇹🇭
Which hotel would you rather stay in? 🇹🇭
The weather is bad the UK is hell on earth.Dont ever live there its a shithole.
I’m retired living in the Phratanmak area of Pattaya, it’s a great base to explore anywhere in South East Asia, Bangkok is only 90 mins away. I was at Sai Kaew Beach about 30 mins south of Pattaya, it’s a Thai style beach within a military Naval base! As regards islands, so many to choose from, they are all worth visiting!
That’s really interesting! We’d love to do Pattaya, but somewhere away from western party central! Will you do anything nice for New Year down there? The weather’s become all nice again, which is a nice change!
@@TheEuropeanTravellersThe main event will be the Fireworks 🧨 They close beach road and thousands of people will be hanging out, there will be multiple stages with lots of popular Thai bands performing. We will probably visit a new area called Soi Excite, many restaurants and bars with live music, plus colourful street lighting
I love spending Christmas in Thailand, this is my third year here. There’s nothing better than spending a day at a beach, enjoying a swim and for me a run along the beach and a cheap Thai meal, have to watch the monkeys stealing your food though, not much more then 100thb per person, because I’am a cheap Charlie. Everything is open, not stuck indoors, getting stuffed on Turkey and crap TV lol
Haha, I don’t blame you Roy! Where did you spend this Christmas? We just came back from the islands. We’ll try Christmas over there next time. Do you think they’re better than Bangkok? PS: Thank you for watching! And Merry Christmas! 🎄
I'm going to guess that Richard is a Capricorn and Rachel is a Leo.
Hey Austin! Rachel is a Virgo and Richard is a Cancer 👀 I’m not sure if that changes things?! Thanks so much for watching!
Sounds like a fantastic adventure! Enjoy 😊
Thank you so much Alice! We hope you’re well! 🙌
@@TheEuropeanTravellers I am, thank you! I recently visited Denmark and about to post my first vlog on Aarhus :) I will follow your adventures in Thailand!
@@slowtravelvlogsOh that’s fantastic, we have never been! How many adventures are you posting from Denmark? Exciting! Thank you so much :)
There are going to be only 2 vlogs :) One on Aarhus and one on Copenaghen. We went for a short long weekend!@@TheEuropeanTravellers
Love those kind of weekends! Really keen to go to Denmark (especially Copenhagen), so excited to watch!
That’s a great insight. Cheers
Thank you so much for watching, Mohamed! Are you planning a trip to London?
@@TheEuropeanTravellers yeah I hope so ! If I can get my hands on a visa lol
Thank you for watching! 🍾 What are your plans for New Years Ever this year?👇
Helloo, I don't think the fireworks in the arc de triomphe are visible from there. Right? Do you have any suggestion where we should go after the fireworkss? Is there any street party or something 😅
Hello@@bernaerdogan4406thanks for getting in touch! They are just about visible, but we only went to Montmartre because our Parisian friend said over 1m people would be going to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. We couldn't find a street party but to be honest, everybody is so friendly, if you talk to people you'll have no problem finding a party! Bonne chance!
Thank you so much for watching! What are your favourite memories of Venice? 🇮🇹 👇

Really interesting video man - just watched the whole thing. Always thought cruises were for ‘old people’ but you showed a different side to what’s out there. What’s your insta page?
Thank you so much for watching! We had exactly the same perception so we were very pleasantly surprised. Our instagram is @milkandsunsets. Come and say hi!
Love this vid mate
Hello, thank you so much for watching! :)
Just got back from a week in Venice and the islands. It's amazing, but not quite in the way this video portrays it. It has zillions of tourists, mostly following guidebooks like this video, and glued to Google Maps, or a similar smartphone app. If you can read a map of Venice (not easy!), stay 20 meters off the tourist paths and you'll see a different Venice of small stores and small canals. Gondolas are for tourists, except as ferries across the Grand Canal. Normal public transport is by motorized vaporettos, for which 75 min.,day, and 3-day passes are available, I strongly advise studying the vaporetto routes before you go to Venice. They're not totally obvious and staff, though helpful, are limited. The center of tourist h-ll is the Piazza San Marco, with the Basilica, Campanile and Palazzo Ducale. Interestingly, tourist makeup changes from very varied during the week to predominantly Italian, and much more numerous, at weekends, as working Italians take their families for a mini-vacation. Forget the Rialto bridge. A photo shot is enough. It's been ruined by a modern tourist arcade running down its center. If the press of tourism is all too much, take the vaporetto to Giudecca. It's much quieter, but has a few restaurants (much cheaper!) and interesting churches, plus views back to the main island of Venice. If you go to Murano, go to one of the smaller glass blowing shops. You'll see more and avoid the crowds. Torcello is the oldest inhabited island with a Byzantine/Romanesque church. Most tourists don't stop there, but continue on to Burano, which is cute but very crowded for the return passage. FYI, 99% of transportation is by motorboat, sewage disposal is uncertain, and I suspect that the canal water is very polluted. At any rate, it's an opaque green color until you get very close to the sea. Hope this helps.
Hello Nigel, thank you so much for watching! So glad you had an amazing time in Venice. Agree that Rialto Bridge is very touristy, although visitors simply have to go to All-Arco. There is also a fantastic pizza place called Pizza MegaOne. If you feel comfortable, it's great to dispense of Google Maps and get completely lost in the city. Really pleased you managed to visit the other three islands too. We highly recommend Lido, if you didn't go already. Gives you a wonderful break from the tourist crowds of Venice and there is also a wonderful beach.
i have no idea what to comment
Thanks for watching! Not sure whether our friends in Yorkshire would approve...
