If I was metabolically healthy I’d add fruit but only limited amount and lowest carb ( hopefully in future) . God stated in Genesis -“ I give you the fruit for your food and leaves for your medicine”. So Gods love is in all fruits he’s given us but firmly believe man has poisoned much of it so need to grow it yourself or buy from small local organic farmer. Only in season fruits.
Thank you for pointing this verse out to me. Although I couldn't find it in Genesis but found it in Ezechiel 47:12. And I agree, man has poisoned much of it. Hopefully our fruit trees here can thrive.
Thank you for your very honest and excellent video. I have always admired your point of view. I absolutely understand and support your reason to make your videos private. I am sad not to see your video about your minimalist wardrobe. It was funny and I went back to watch it when I needed cheering up. Glad you are so much better.

Deactivating account is not deletion. I found that they make it vey hard to find the complete deletion option in settings. I had to Google how to permanently delete fb and insta account. Also fb changed deactivation period. In the past deactivation was until I activate it myself, now I can only deactivate for a week, then it comes up again without me even realising it. They really make it hard to get rid off.

Watching this makes me miss your regular videos, however I completely respect your decision :) I was watching this again to encourage myself to boycott Halloween this year. We have birthdays and holidays in such rapid succession I am just tired of the madness. And Halloween is not a meaningful day to me at all. My middle son struggles with food dye, so I am just tired of people constantly giving candy to children. And who needs a holiday dedicated to gorging oneself on candy, no thank you! I WISH we could do every holiday without presents, but my husband loves gifts, giving and receiving. Hope you and Joe and the children are well. God Bless you all <3
