  I was not focused on defenses until I realized the attacks were getting worse. I was too focused on my kingdom versus defending it and took some damage but came back.

  Looks like you will need horses for wagons and oxen for plowing, although a pair of either/or can do the Saltworks.(You probably already looked this up but😅) You may want to look into crop rotation, some crops need more than just a fallow time. Keep up the great videos!

  Great video, I would recommend using all the green areas by planting trees and crops and storing as much as possible. The dam changed the trajectory of the water, so the water is flowing to the side of the water wheel, build some stairs down and add a second water wheel.

  @@typower2323 I think it may be slightly worse than previously thought. If the dam upstream is starting to block water flow, you may need to look at the whole map to see where the water goes. If I remember correctly, there's already water going off the map on the left side. When your dam finished, that may be the end for your current crop location

  @@Lazarus294 In a later episode I block the left path as well and still collect enough water to let it sit in there to maintain current crop location. what I may end up doing is trying to get water to build up in the bigger area by building around it an then getting flood gates to have the water flow down in the area that passes my colony.

  You could easy defend your chickens with a torch (or any fire) placed in the fenced area! I love this game❤ and like to see ya playing it 🙌

  Ice machines need to be outside and only work during winter. If you want Sandy to haul you need to go to the overview tab and tick the box.

  From what I think I recall of the roadmap AI opponents are pretty far down on the list (to be fair I think it is one of the hardest to program) The difficulty levels only increase how fast your population consumes food, tools and luxuries.

  Im surprised you didn't buy the chickens. When on a trade trip you should only take about 1000 worth of stuff and make sure you have spare wheight capacity

  I don't want to defame the devs but I am doubtful they programmed the animals to spawn in appropriate biomes but rather spawn randomly anywhere on the map. For fashionable clothes you need the cotton mill, cotton farms and dye farms to make dyed cotton fabric.

  Most settlements will buy summer clothes. It is a good opportunity to get rid of vinegar, beeswax and tallow. You can usually trade goats as well.

  Artifact aren't in the ancient shrines they are in ... I don't know what they call them in game. They are the same size as a minor city but are historical wonders like the pyramids or the giant heads from Easter Islands. If you do go looking for them you click on them and send an expedition which you can do multiple times on each one. As for pandas seeing as there is a steam achievement for finding one in the wild I suspect it would be a nightmare to find one in the wild.

  You need a door to close off basement/cellar. Its open to air outside which is why it not as hot as upstairs but also not as cold as could be. Like running ac with doors open.

  I did eventually put a door in the basement part and it seems to stay around mid 30s. Do you use ice blocks to get it below 32?

  @typower2323 is the water still in there? Can it be filled in? Maybe the game sees an outside tile, and that's why? Usually, adding a door close off cellar works. Does the game see it as a room? There is a way to see what kind of room you have.
