LEFT coronary sinus ?? I thought there was only one coronary sinus, starting from inside the Right atrium ? I assume you are accessing the coronary branches for which, you are in the ascending aorta. But how do you go from there to left coronary sinus ?

Wondering the same thing. Maybe the coronary ostium is also referred as coronary sinus where she practices?

In reality, you cannot just withdraw the Cobra catheter from the celiac to the SMA due to the risk of dissection, correct? Should you perhaps first push the catheter out of the celiac, then try to pull it into the SMA orifice? And maybe do the maneuver over a wire?

I had this done last March, I had a STEMI and with 100 percent occlusion of the RCA and my LCX was at 70 percent, the 100 percent got a stent but the 70 percent is being treated with medications ((Maximum dose of Clopidogrel, 81mgs of aspirin, 5mgs Lisinopril, 25mgs Metorprolol, 80mgs atorvastatin, 400mgs magnesium oxide)) I still have angina at times but I am able to walk through it which is great... My heart is getting stronger by the day... Thak you for such an informative video..

Having just been diagnosed with a 69 mm large intrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm and am wondering what to expect if my consultant says I can opt for an EVAR procedure. For those that have had this procedure, how long did it take until you were fully recovered?
