  DHL, Amazon, and FedEx all deliverers to Nigeria. DHL has their own cargos. Check at some of the better pharmacies in Nigeria, they carry a lot of the vitamins and items that we have in the states and the UK. I’m from the states. I agree the post office do not use them, your package will never get there. You need direct cargo carriers.

  Hi, just an advice. People don’t stick to one insurance provider as they get expensive over time. Every year when your insurance is about to expire, you go to a compare website, shop around , the site will give you a long list of quotes e.g (go compare )and pick the cheapest. Don’t do loyalty with any insurer, it should always be about the cheapest
