Statements is one of the best songs ever, so sad Loreen didn't won Melodi and Eurovision in 2017. Some very cool songs on this list as well.

There's some good stuff here but when you put all the songs together like this you can see A LOT of very very obvious and cliché word rhyming. And I know they're more professional than I'll ever be, but I feel like it should be obvious that you don't need to force rhymes when songwriting.

Benjamin Ingrosso (Sweden 2017) released the song "Look Who's Laughing Now" on June 14th and I have already heard it 3 times on the radio. It was the first song of his medley in ESC 2024.

There's some good stuff here but when you put all the songs together like this you can see A LOT of very very obvious and cliché word rhyming. And I know they're more professional than I'll ever be, but I feel like it should be obvious that you don't need to force rhymes when songwriting.
