Thanks Scott for making publishing this video and plans! In my area, I could not get the 13mm material, so I adapted it to 10mm. I have made a video explaining my modifications at kzread.info/dash/bejne/l4qcu9d9hc_QmcY.html. We have used this table for two seasons and it has been really great. I hope this helps more coaches and parents support their FLL teams

Anyone know to fix the broken motor? I have the same issue but 1 motor draws a little more power from the other one and makes more noise, while the other is slower and quieter. I noticed the problem after unplugging some wires out and putting them back in during the program running. I don't know if that might be the cause though, maybe a coincidence.

Very nice! I came across this commercial version (www.robotshop.com/uk/portable-robotics-table-corrugated-plastic-fll-size.html) but I like that yours has thicker board and regulation width sides. Your design uses ‘mortice and tenon’ joints by the way - not ‘tongue and groove.’ :-)

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I don't understand why they don't use their weapons more often. They had so many opportunities to use their hammer but to no avail. Now I am working on building my own vex battlebot. So is it as simple for pressing a button to attack, or it it more complicated. Because if it were me I wanna WIN. So I'm not just gonna sit there with a chance to use my weapon and not hit them.

The problem was that the hammer weapon was not powerful enough to do any damage. Something to think about when you create your own.
