Why not use olive oil instead of sunflower oil?

self rising flour will make it even more crispy!
Tomato pie is NOT pizza and is intended to eat cold, never hot.
I had to make a few adjustments, but it turned out well. making it again today and adding some chocolate chips.

Try it instead of lol-ing. it is the best version of this Arab dish. Usually, we eat it mixed with Bulgarian yogurt.

I tried making this for my girlfriend tonight and butchered it. 40 minutes was too long of a cook time and it came out very dark brown. Hopefully I won't mess up next time and instead check it more often. Thank you for the recipe though!🤣

After a long day of processing chickens yesterday and peeling feet this morning, I whipped this up in just minutes this afternoon and wow! What a tasty treat. I used some wine I had which pairs incredibly well with coriander, so I used it instead of brandy and nutmeg. Perfection.
