    Try mixing it with a little bit of Bulgarian yogurt. It is much better that way than eating it plain.

    The halloumi bread phenomenon is much more varied and interesting than it first appears. This is a wonderful product.

    Thank you We had zucchini like this while in Mykonos. I have tried to duplicate it but have not been successful. I think the water trick is what I’ve been missing

    Try it instead of lol-ing. it is the best version of this Arab dish. Usually, we eat it mixed with Bulgarian yogurt.

    I tried making this for my girlfriend tonight and butchered it. 40 minutes was too long of a cook time and it came out very dark brown. Hopefully I won't mess up next time and instead check it more often. Thank you for the recipe though!🤣

    After a long day of processing chickens yesterday and peeling feet this morning, I whipped this up in just minutes this afternoon and wow! What a tasty treat. I used some wine I had which pairs incredibly well with coriander, so I used it instead of brandy and nutmeg. Perfection.
