  To summarize my responses in one comment here: I was slowing down because we are approaching a red light. To me it looked like he was about to try and pull out in front of me, I wasn't trying to force him to do anything, me hitting my brakes was reactionary, not malicious. I choose to drive defensively instead of take the chance of him possibly not paying attention and smacking my car with his. And even if I "sped up to let him in" he clearly has a middle lane to turn into and he very clearly was not turning into it like he was supposed to. If he was, me stopping in front of him wouldn't have blocked him in any way, because he would be utilizing the middle lane and waiting for right of way like literally everybody else on this type of road would. You can see he couldn't fit in the middle lane properly because he only made that decision as an after thought. If this is somehow disagreed upon, you either live in a state where these kinds of roads do not exist, or you simply don't know how it works.

  Slowing down for a red light forever away. Also a difference of slowing down and almost coming to a complete stop instantaneously 😀 you were reacting and made a bad decision just like that car did. They looked right and looked left saw you were the last car and no cars behind you, you not slowing down would have allowed the merge and not the reacted brakes. No foresight

Me stopping in front of him doesn't make a difference anyways, he should of been parallel in the middle lane, instead he was perpendicular to oncoming traffic. 🤷 Idk, how this isn't self evident. You can't say I was "blocking him from entering the middle lane" either, because that's just saying he was wrongfully making a wide turn that would put his car over the yellow in my lane. Nobody pulls out like that to enter the middle lane, he was fully intended on entering my lane and I had a reaction to that. You're insisting I should of "taken my chances" that he was looking at me, and not the other way.

  It’s ok you had the right of way, anything you did or didn’t do doesn’t really matter. As you would have been in the right. I’m just saying that this whole incident could have been avoided with a little common sense from both parties. Was a bit dramatic for the hashtags

  My parents got a stroller for their dog after he had surgery because they still wanted him to get fresh air and walk a little. He had knee surgery so he couldn’t walk for long at all
