Do you start to build scar tissue in your leg over time? Or does it damage the muscle or area over time? Or does putting it at different areas prevent it all together?

Thank you for this video, I just started using 27g 5/8 after 12 years of 1 1/2 25g and had no idea where to poke. I found holding an ice pack there for 10 minutes helps with the burning too. <3

I started out using a 23g 1.5 in for my quads. I still use my quads, but wow, a 27g 1.25in has MUCH LESS pain and blood/leakage. Id love to start using my glutes, but im quite overweight and not very flexible. So, im just not comfortable doing it yet. I do everything i can to avoid abscesses, though: a *fully* relaxed muscle, slow and steady push, 1ml or (preferably) less per injection, and GENTLY massaging the area to help disperse the oil.

Hi Ryan, I live in Lisbon, Portugal and I have recently discovered that my son has Klinefelt Syndrome, he´s 16 years old and I'm so worried. One of the many things that worry me is if by having testerone injections he will be able to have a normal sexual life. Could you help me by answering this question. I have been watching so many of your videos and I'm already a great fan of yours

Thank you for this video! I've been injecting into my thigh for several months but now my NP is pretty insistent I start injecting into my hip. I pointed out that "my little T-rex arms" are not really designed for that. I have several nurse and medical friends but I want to be able to do it all myself. Thanks again!

Also I just seen a nurse man do this. Air he put a lot of air in his. It's into muscle not reign and as the myth you must use a lot of air into the reign a lot huge amounts to kill you. Now the air maybe half cc with 1 cc oil. Now this he said makes the oil stay insode the muscle and it don't leak out. In my glute it leaks out. Now it became hard as a rock I can no longer use mybutton. And why i am watching this video

Take the cap off the alcohol bottle. Put alcohol inside the cap. Then put the cap of the steroid bottle inside the alcohol cap. It will kill all of the bacteria on the cap without using toilet paper leaving crap behind on the rubber cap

Since he’s on TRT his red blood cells go up but going every two months is too often imo. I donated every two months for 6 months total before I started feeling like crap because I yanked my ferritin.

@@GraysMTBNZ this is not medical advice but I go twice a year. I found that your body gets to a higher “normal” which my hemoglobin gets to 18-19 but as long as your platelet count is normal I don’t see it as a problem since it won’t go above 19 for me and I don’t have any other symptoms of high red blood cells(headaches blurry vision). When im consistent with my daily cardio (30-35 min level 2 ) it will drop to low 17 and 16 just from cardio. I just donate now as a good deed. I’ve read that donating actually makes the problem worst but again everyone is different so what I do might or might not work for you.

Make sure you aspirate after injecting the needle to make sure you didn’t hit a vain . When you withdraw the needle if there’s blood you need to do it again with fresh needle and juice.

Great video. Ryan, I am doing exactly what you are doing. I have lived overseas for a number of years, completely unaware that I was a Klinefelter at that time. I am turning to the teaching of buddhism which is approximately 2,500 years old. The teachings are about calmness, living in the moment, mindful mediation and most importantly understanding what our thoughts are. As all Klinefelters know we are very different but do share some similar traits. Anxiety and stress management are extremely important skills to master. Learning to control our thoughts is like exercised. The more we practice the easier it becomes. I share Ryan's suggestion that it is extremely important to reach out and find the right approach to manage stress and anxiety. Life is so much easier with friends, family and loved ones. Thank you for posting these videos.

I wish my insurance company would know what 47xxy was so i could get my meds every month with no issue. I was on a gel then they switched me because it wasnt covered to individual gel tubes but now after 2 months of going back and forth with insurance and asking my doctor for work arounds i have to do injections. The problem isnt the injections its that i haven't injected myself before and theres no one to show me. So thank you for the video. Sometimes wish i was born normal but theres no amount of wishing that can fix it.

How long a needle were you using? It’s relevant since glutes do have a layer of fat you want to get beyond through so you reach the muscle. I noticed a 23g needle can vary in lengths of 26mm all the way to 38mm which is a pretty wide range leaving a lot of room to hit or miss. I’ll appreciate the answer

Ryan, you are true pioneer. I too have Klinefelter syndrome and experience many of the same emotions. What keeps me going is knowing that there are other boys, and young men out there going through difficult times. I wasn't diagnosed until much later in life which is a blessing and a curse. What keeps me grounding in troubling times is Zen Buddhism which is a different philosophy on life. Life is meant to be challenging. Life is meant to be a struggle. It's not what conditons we were born with it is more about what we chose to do with our time. You my friend are a conduit of hope and inspiration for so many people around the world. I wish you well on your journey of self discovery! Keep the faith. Good karma has a way of shining on us when we least expect it.
