Thank you. I didn't know anything about this composer, but thanks to your comment I familiarized myself with his 12 preludes and I really liked his Prelude No. 6. I think my work reminded you of this composer because in it I used quite often intervals that are characteristic of Cláudio Santoro's music.

If this is really true, then this is probably one of the rare pieces where I was able to naturally express something deeply personal (or something like that), because I didn't have the goal of doing something special when I created this music. It's just that sometimes the hot summer weather inclines me to write such slow pieces 😅 Anyway never thought of this piece as anything special until you left this comment. Thank you

Such a beautifull piece, I like how are those harmonies somewhere between Scriabin and Bach! I love the structure, the ostinato-like figuration is so superb and make the piece so characteristic! The way how you make ilusion of wind is kinda similar to 2nd movement of Medtner's Night wind sonata. This is just professional composition, I wish I could compose like you...

Хороший этюд!! Поздний русский романтизм.. Если интересует, я занимаюсь набором нот, думаю будет удобнее, если ноты будут не рукописные, хоть и не так эстетично. Да и если вдруг захотите создать свой сборник, обращайтесь для набора.

Thank you! I originally came up with the idea of writing music in such a synthesis myself (the intention required a form that this synthesis ideally suited). I then decided to check out how it had been realized by other composers (since I thought it was highly likely that there were already several works with this kind of synthesis of forms), to have an idea of what might come out of it in the end. I don't know how similar my work in form turned out to be to Metner's Sonata-Ballade in detail, but I can say that what Metner did didn't resonate strongly with me, although I did find some points in his work entertaining and interesting. The other sonata-ballades, on the other hand, I surprisingly did not find. Although I would be interested to hear more such realization of the synthesis of these two genres.
