Ziggy cup (actually a menstrual disc) is amazing once you get the size right it works like a charm. Hated menstrual cups but the ziggy cup is 👌, very easy to put in and take out, and you can pee with it 😂

Typical when you’re on meds, you’ll only really notice they’re working when they stop working. My brother also has ADHD, and he takes his meds mainly on the days when he’s going to work, and the only time he ever talks about them is if he’s switched meds or if he forgot to take them. I feel like because meds like ADD/ADHD meds and anxiety meds bring you to your base, you stop noticing them after a while.

It would be interesting to see hetero women talking with Cammie and Taryn about non hetero relationships being better. Some studies say that domestic violence is higher in women on women relationships, which would contradict non hetero relationships being better. There's one other thing that confuses me. If non hetero relationships are better, then why are some non hetero women who are into both sexes, are authentically more into men than women? Surely if it was better to be with the same sex, they would choose other women every time. But some really do like relationships with men better.

Someone doesn't necessarily "make" ChatGPT. AI is self sustaining for the most part and it feeds from all the data on the Internet. Is ChatGPT biased? Absolutely it is because it gathers information from all of us. You'll notice that AI responses lean liberal and secular for example, because so do researchers. If I'm recalling correctly it tries to say "I can't answer that for sure" or "there are varied opinions on this topic" to make room for a wide variety of beliefs. I just asked it "do animals have souls" and it listed off a bunch of different beliefs. But implicit racial biases and gender biases are sadly going to be present because it's based on predominantly white, Western, cishet men's opinions and research. Not overt prejudice, just implicit biases. Edit: Taryn is definitely right that it's less biased than going to one website for information because it's based on a huge body of information. Especially when you're talking about politics. ChatGPT is not going to be subtly mudslinging or making up why the other side believes what they do.

But wanted to chime in to say in my Comms classes in college they taught us that men used to have sex with their younger male counterparts to “transfer knowledge” and it was an extremely common practice. It was ultimately realized to be mostly predatory but just saying gay sex has been common practice throughout lots of history!
