  its almost there, but the distortion doesnt sound right. are u using a fuzz or a heavier overdrive? blackmore used a light treble booster, with most of his sound coming from the aiwa reel-to-reel tape recorder he used (also his Marshall Majors/Vox AC30)

  Man, that doesn't sound like Blackmore. No warmth of sustain. Heavy overload. Lots of tall ones. Blackmore never had such a tone. Without a big, powerful tube amplifier, nothing will work. Blackmore's main tone is not at all overdriven, but in the sound of a clean sound, with deep sustain. This is the basis, but which determines the tone of the sound. I understand that you don’t have any clear sound at all. Take the song Holy Man from the Stormbringer album as an example. This will be the base. But I still don’t believe that it will succeed.
