Some of thee old rockers look in decent shape for their age. Sammy Hagar looks healthy at 76. David Lee Roth looks like shit though. lol. Ted Nugent still has at least half of his energy, although in the past few years, he's had to downsize the energy. I believe having the attitude and ego can keep one stronger too. We all know that these guys all have that. lol. Also, Mick Jagger has lost a lot of seed over the decades. Having more sex than 3 other regular guys must contribute somehow to longevity.
