It's great to be helping the community and saving lives, but stop segregating. This is supposed to be serious, not an excuse to show off your lights and siren, and all the more so not a boys only club!

WHY do they ALWAYS have the medics using their radios in every single one of these pr films. We do NOT spend that much time on the radio!~

What wonderful people providing a suberb service to the community. Here in UK our health services are struggling and so many people are at risk :( So lucky to be in your districts over the pond! Respect.

+James Radley We all pay for these services one way or another were ever we live. But do we get the service to match (?) It is struggling in the UK at the moment!

BTW, the Hatzolah do operate in and around London, but due to the efficiency of the LAS they don't operate with lights and sirens. The NHS may be struggling but the Ambulance Services aren't

+James Radley Well with all respect James here in Cambs UK the normal ambulances are struggling to meet call outs. The police even had to escort a lady to hospital recently when she had waited 2hrs in the road after an accident. This is NHS for you at the moment. :(

Wow. Just wow. Very fortunate to have such an effective volunteer ems system. My department that I'm a part of in our small town runs a bls ambulance, hose tender, rescue, service truck, tanker, and and engine tanker. But we only have a little over 20 active members. It's so sad to see that very few of my town care about each other and are willing to help each other. You guys are very fortunate!
