Coaches with a CSM dwell on where their business is today. And when they don’t like their current situation, they: 🔴Lack all confidence in themselves 🔴Chase short term client getting tactics at the expense of long-term growth 🔴Feel like an imposter every time they post or promote themselves 🔴Get excited by bold and overhyped promises Coaches with a CSM can’t see past further than their own noses to know what they need to do to build a high-earning, sustainable business. So even if they’re doing the right things to grow their business… If they don’t see an immediate ROI, they bail and try something else. These coaches are - in the nicest way possible - fucked. Now let’s look at coaches with a FSM: Coaches with an FSM obsess over where their business will be in 1-2 years. They: 🟢Know they’re only going to become a better coach 🟢Are willing to sacrifice a few fast clients for long-term growth 🟢Don’t cry when they post, and don’t get flooded with inquiries 🟢Ignore gurus that promise them faster results As a result, coaches with CSM can consistently take the right actions that snowball £1,000/month to £5,000/month to £9,000/month and so on. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know which mindset is better.

2024. The year we stopped using these three movements for hypertrophy. And these still build muscle. I just think there are ‘better’ movements out there. The Pull Up.. It’s the ‘go to’ when you first start out. But with the amount of momentum and grip strength you have to generate, I don’t think it’s worth it. I also think most perform it like a glorified bicep curl anyway. I’d just sit on a lat pulldown and work with gravity.. The Rack Pull.. To most of us, it’s obvious. But you obviously haven’t stepped into a commercial gym for a while. It’s still alive and well 🫠 The Shrug.. Traditionally a trap movement, but when you actually look at how the traps flow..shrugs are incredibly inefficient at challenging the traps. Setting up an incline bench, then shrugging..you might have a case. But a traditional BB shrug, meh…overrated. Avoid, replace, grow 🤘🏽

Movements like squats and deadlifts are hard. Very hard, in fact. They’re super technical. And you’ll likely be 💩 when you first start out with them. But, instead of AVOIDING or swapping out.. ..improve. That’s done by KEEPING them in your program & NOT swapping them out. If bodybuilding was that easy, we’d swap every exercise out for easy movements. But it’s not like that at all. In fact, it’s normally the total opposite.

I got one of these 6 years ago and you have to treat it like an injury or else they keep coming back. Probably best to do nothing but walking for a few days after, then 50% intensity when going back to the gym and slowly build back. Definitely stop immediately if it flares up again. Mine would come back during sex and stuff too... Took me about a month to not get them anymore.

@jawzzy37 ай бұрын
@@BelgianWaffleAirsoft yup… doubted it at times. You really have to ease back slowly into exercise intensity… and if it does flare up again you gotta go back to step one. Ego and impatience only drags out the recovery. Be prepared to use a little trial and error in your plan but stay positive. You’ll work it out eventually

I had a gnarly squat session Monday and got a headache near the end of it. I had one every day since with them settling in earlier and earlier I’m each session. Friday it started immediately, so I decided to give myself some rest and take a few days off. Started a water flush and I swear I was clearing out some serious toxins for the next two days. No matter how much I hydrated, I was peeing much darker than normal, but by the end of day two, it was back to normal. Going to try again tomorrow (🤞🏻) but hydrate and electrolyte heavily before and get a good run in early to loosen up (I usually run at the end of my day and lift immediately after work.)
