give the filmer a break. he didnt even know what exactly he was looking at at first, then it took him maybe 30 more seconds to ask his friend to get on the horn for help. THEN...if you listen...it only took HER about 20 seconds to give emergency the details and hang up. Not bad if you ask me. And one other point---if you see a a shark attack actually happening...chances are it's too late anyway--especiall one in which the shark has literally OVERTURNRED your kayak. Not to suggest not to call emt quickly...but just sayin

bros......we gotta save ourselves...in 1996 i just had major back surgery and was hanging at our local spot on the sandy river in troutdale, oregon. i saw a 12 yr old boy going under and was saying save that kid but 100 people just watched. i went in with 10 stiiches in my back and barely walking. kid was ok, we almost both drowned and not a peep or a clap or a good job is the kid ok. fucking people.
