  I'm so sorry for the loss of your grandmother🤟 But congrats on the size 8's! How has the hair loss been, vitamins etc.? I'm getting VSG soon and I'm super worried about my hair. Love watching your videos, keep up the good work I can't wait to be 145!!!! Lol

  Thank you, I appreciate it 😊. Good luck on your surgery, wishing you the best ☺️! My hair loss was insignificant but I think I’m the rare exception when it comes to that lol. My vitamin routine hasn’t changed much since right after surgery, just added an Omega 3 to my routine!

  I had lost 100lb in a year through diet and exercise. The closer i got to my goal weight, the slower the weightloss. Don't get discouraged. It is normal.

  You shouldn’t be napping too much. Never skip a meal. I’m one year post op tomorrow. I’ve lost 200 pounds!!! Make sure you’re on a schedule. You will not lose if you’re not feeding your body. Also if you eat and drink at the same time you will stretch your sleeve. You don’t seem like you are taking this seriously.

  Whoa whoa slow your roll have you wash your face and brush your teeth yet? Maybe you need to watch more of her videos before jumping to conclusions it's absolutely absurd for you to be making this misinformed comment when it's pretty common for VSG patients to have a momentary plateau before they start to lose weight again so get your facts right

  @@raphaellagrace No assumptions made. It was an observation. You must realize you are on a social platform. This weight loss surgery is not a race. It’s a life long marathon. You mentioned skipping meals and such. I only commented on what you said. If you cannot take constructive criticism, maybe you shouldn’t put your life out there for others to observe.

  @@junanneownbey623 you definitely did make assumptions! Let’s not lie now. What I am showing is my journey and I very much so do appreciate your comment. Just because it’s a social media platform does not mean that you are allowed to distort what I say and make assumptions! Again this was my week three update and I have learned a lot since then (watch my latest update and subscribe!) While I do appreciate your comment you are not on my medical team and I will not listen to your advice over the advice of my surgeons office. Have a wonderful day!
