  I have a problem my bill validator doesnt accept the bills at all like if had no power but it flashes 2 times i checked and its fitted correctly and the coin stacks are half way full and i did a test on the machine and the spirals all work fine but after the test cycle of the spirals is completed it says fail on the keypad do u know what could be the problem and the solution?

  Just installed 5 new/refurbished 2411s (4 on SMART Magic Coin cranes and 1 on a 41" Toy Chest). Each DBA gave me the same 2 flashes. Thought it might be switch #8, Always Enable/Harness Enable so I turned the crane off and tried both on and off to no avail. It was closing time, so I will have to call SMART tomorrow.

  @@guwpi It's been a couple of months, but I think the problem was each one had to be flashed with a MEI coupon. I honestly don't remember exactly, sorry.

  @@scottwelch3071 i figured it out! i had it on “harness enabled” instead of “always enabled”. i changed that and it started working!

  Yes... It replenishes itself, and it also pays them out if you have enough dollar coins in the tube...
