Gotta get rid of that h-pipe or hollow out the hole in the tube that goes between the two pipes. That will get rid of that ticky-tack sound. I just put an x-pipe on mine with Magnaflows but I'm curious to what the Flowmaster sounds like with an x-pipe.

Buy one if you are thinking about it, way less money than a therapist. Buy a 2002 and up, they have the least problems and most improvements. Dont buy active suspension, the magnetic shocks are 1k a piece and only last 120k miles. Other than that, the interior plastic creaks and crunches with every touch. Turn the radio up. Oh yeah, its cheapest fastest most reliable sports car you can buy. Its got a GM truck engine and they made multi millions of them, parts are plenty. Theres a racing league with C5's , so there will be parts made forever. Its got a GM truck engine so any tom dick and harry mechanic shop can work on it for cheap. The one in the corvette museum has over 700k miles on same engine.

I’m glad I saw your video. Great review and an honest one. I am thinking of buying a corvette, but I don’t want a money pit. Once you lose confidence to drive your car and worry it won’t start, then it’s time to move on. Besides corvette prices are coming down. You can get a C6 for 20k, a C7 for 40k and even the C8 can be found for as low as 50k. I was thinking of buying a C5 but now I’m leaning more towards a C7. Thanks for your video. It is really helping me to decide what Vette to buy.

I have a Ram 1500 Warlock, it's great on the road, and I have a Wrangler Jk 2 Door, it's also great, but not as smooth on the road. I like the Jeep better still tho

Your 23Zero poles can extend from the bottom to help with the uneven ground. Turn counter-clockwise to extend and then tighten them at your desired length. They should've included the 3 extra poles to help tighten everything up. Dude, you gotta get a fridge. It. Is. A. Game. Changer! I have a SetPower running on my EcoFlow. We have a dual zone for frozen meat and rotate ice packs to our drink cooler. Very reasonable and totally worth it. We keep it in the truck and charge the EcoFlow while we drive and supplement with solar. We did 10 days in Big Bend and didn't buy a single bag of ice. Great video. Keep 'em coming!

I'm 80-ish % sure I'll go with Hiker. There are a few configuration options where I can't get what I want and there are also a few things I really like in other brands that Hiker doesn't offer. I'm hoping that they'll work with me. We're going to finally check out the trailers this August at Overland Expo West and hopefully talk with a rep about what we can do.

We did, but I didn’t want to push it on such big mountains tops my very first time towing this far. After this trip I think it would be fine going to Denver with the trailer.

Do these lights give good light at night? I put new housings with projector dim lights. Very bright with leds. I like the sleepy eye look but not so much the 3 lights. I would like to see a sleepy eyed projector style. Anyway cool video, thanks.

I loved the challenge. It was a blast to drive. If you get a used one, just make sure it wasn't beat up before buying it
God, I could of really used you when I went through all this. I came up with a crazy idea to surprise my wife with a new car and trailer. I went with a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness and a mid range hiker trailer 5 X10. I didn't like the reviews of rock so I went with a loan through Chevron Credit Union. They were very helpful. It was so much work to build out and all the out of state stuff was difficult. I even paid my tags through Chevon before the trailer was shipped, even with that, it took six months to get our plate. At least I got the 5 year PTI plate. I did have fun engineering the trailer for a lower tongue weight. C44 fridge in the back, 1000x goalzero in the back, this made the propex heater go undermount, which is a bummer cause I can't drive through a creek now. Our trailer dry is about 1250 lbs and full, I get about 1 inch of squish (sag)

I can't find any camping spots using the regular reserve websites, but we have found some on hipcamp. We have taken it out once and will be going again soon. I'm in Central CA.
