  Good day Karamabrown, There is no need for hot water when using this hair but if for whatever reasons you would want to hot water it, I don't think it woukd be an issue

  Hey hun. Thank you for your question. I used the gel at the root of my hair and then I used a moisturizer on the remaining hair and twist. Hope this helps.🤗

  How many packs of hair did you use?

  It's best to purchase 2 packs of hair. I used one full pack and 2 bundles from the other pack. All on all, it depends on the size of your twists.
