All of your videos look the same. Why make every single one dark and with rain sound ? Please at least consider changing some of the design aesthetic and using other sound like snow fall or something… and having a little different design instead of same apartment or hotel or flat that just has high rise / all glass windows and such a cold dark aesthetic , please ! I know people have different preferences but this would be much better to at least introduce diverse styles or themes. I love night time ambience , especially with snowfall sound that doesn’t have annoying loud sound of wind howling or whistling or whining noise and love to enjoy fireplace and the sound of fireplace noise when it includes the deeper resonating tones of the roaring and rolling and rippling of the flames and the hollow , deep resonating sound of the crackling of the wood and the flames spitting and sputtering , with the faint hissing and whirring of the flames , as well … but I don’t like when people use the annoying sound of loud popping and cracking noise.. it’s alwyss nice to hear authentic sound of snowfall imo.. I like rain when it’s not sounding like shower water or static or high pitch noise that is harsh and loud and unnatural sounding . . I don’t mind these types of designs that you’re using but when every single video looks relatively the same or so similar to where there’s literally NOTHING that stands out or anything that is remarkable or memorable , it gets boring. It feels like so many channels are only ever sticking with the same exact format or program if they’re even designing their own content .. and so many of them get caught up doing the same bland content again and again , where it’s like I can usually look at one video of a channel and already tell before opening the rest of their videos, when they’re going to end up only ever having one type of look. One type of theme and it’s usually dull colors and the same dark look that’s dreary or boring again and again .. there’s channels that do the exact same videos this channel has , there’s channels that get stuck only making outdoor patio or camping themed videos, there’s the weird channels that idk why , but they stick to dark gory or otherwise weird themes, Halloween crap no matter what time of year , there’s the ones into the hobbit themes. The fairy and mushroom channels , the ones that only ever show some window only looking rooms with a billion candles , books , samw type of furnishings every single video , etc. and the ones that use annoying props like books that sit with the pages turning by themselves , stupid stuffed bears , that ugly dog that people always put this ugly square pillow at its butt , I can’t stand that one .. the ones that always have to toss a guitar or musical instrument right in the middle of the focal point , usually it’s too large for scale and just takes away from the overall look.. then there’s the ones that have to put all these book shelves but that’s not good enough , they have to also scatter stacks of books all over the place bc they wanna convey so hard , the idea of people needing to read a book in such an imagined atmosphere… There’s always those channels that seem to think they need to toss random stacks of objects around the room or on the floors that make it look junky and cluttery and I never care for that.. then there’s the ones that try to make a clean aesthetic, but they make the whole image look cold and empty and yet they label it cozy and comfy etc.. So many channels get into only showing one theme , one type of content , where it’s more like they wanna just easily Churn out video after video for views , but they lack the time and effort of actually using other content .. and I’m familiar with these programs , the way people are easily able to just arrange the pre determined content and click on whatever colors , textures and designs they choose and they can easily choose whatever background , where it still requires some time and effort to fill in everything but it isn’t as if they’re starting from absolutely nothing and having to literally create anything on their own , so there is an element of some ability to make content relatively quickly enough where it feels like many channels just are putting out videos just to have more content and views , yet they don’t seem to really be doing anything beyond that .. It just gets really boring , especially with how KZread only ever promotes the same exact handful of already over promoted channels that already get tons of views and subs as is & they only ever show the same exact few channels in search results , despite what you type in to try and at least trigger more channels within the content … KZreads algorithms have gotten beyond pathetic snd annoying so it’s already hard to find the content that we don’t already have overly saturated .. and even if you turn off history , you can watch one video outside of the types you know you like and want to see and despite this platform claiming they won’t track or recommend videos outside of whatever has been accumulated prior to history being off , they plaster the same crap all over the place of whatever content you happen to view that isn’t even supposed to be capable of being put into the suggested content or recommended due to history being off. Now they also imbed annoying content you cannot remove , bc if u clear and pause search history and watch history , KZread still forces now , content it places and it remains in the search history, though you didn’t search it to begin with .. I hate it and am considering using other sites and just not fooling with KZread or Google .. Anyway, point I’m making is that it’s already hard enough to find diverse channels within this content & this happens To be the only content besides wildlife narrated documentaries that I even watch on KZread and that’s the only content I’ve watched on this site for over ten years or more. So I shouldn’t ever have issues getting promoted this type of content , considering it’s only two types of content I even watch .. KZread annoys me endlessly as it promotes stupid annoying music garbage like new age crap and other related weird crap I don’t want any part in, bc they associate it with this content and the way people online lack any actual medical knowledge of what “ asmr “ actually consists of, they’ve labeled any freaking sound or volume level “ asmr “, any weirdo can create intentionally derived noises and they label it automatically as “ asmr” and now they make it out to be as if asmr is some tool to help people study or sleep or relax and they have no actual medical basis of understanding into what actually causes the condition and how it really works , that it’s about Primary and secondary trigger sources , with an individual and their specific mannerisms contributing to there even being a trigger to begin with & the fact that an asmr response is a stimulant and it’s only due to the body coming down from the heightened state of stimulation that promotes the evened out relaxed state that occurs later. But it’s due to certain people having mannerisms to begin with in how they speak, any sounds they produce and even the silence between contributes as a secondary trigger , as the brain and senses become so heightened to every sound produced and each have their own ability to affect the experience.. now thanks to social media , people get their understanding and examples from whatever they see online, so now everything from white noise to music to rain , snow, whatever else in this type content is labeled as asmr .. now every weird annoying stupid meditation video gets lumped into this category, so rather than being promoted simply ambience of weather sounds and certain images , it’s everything else that this site lumps in snd I wish we could have any impact on avoiding the specific content we don’t want attributed to this category of content.. the uninterested & dislike features actually do nothing & people need to read about that further as to KZreads policies and how those features actually have no impact on them showing content despite them making it out to be like we have some sort of abiriy to influence content shown based on that. Anyway I realize this is so lengthy , I wanted to still share my thoughts and elaborate further so anyone would have better insight into why I’d be saying anything along these lines to begin with. It isn’t to be rude or mean or negative & I do appreciate content within this category & the efforts people make when putting These videos on here .. I just feel like people are becoming either caught up only trying to plaster the same type videos again and again for lack of other programming or bc they can easily churn out videos for views without really having to do that much.. or they just get stuck on one theme and don’t realize how boring It gets especially when everything just begins to have nothing that stands out or is memorable .. when content becomes so bland and boring And repetitive , how can people really feel like that’s enjoyable ?
