Let's make cooking enjoyable and easy with tips for meal prep to making healthy desserts!
I have been cooking for myself and my family for over 20 years. I started this channel to help you make the most out of every meal, whether that's saving time, cooking for a lot of people, making something for a special occasion, or just a cooking hack I wanted to share.
A little about me:
I eat mainly a Mediterranean-focused diet, but my family loves food from around the world. I also love to experiment and challenge myself while cooking, so like you, I learn along the way. So come explore the beauty of healthy eating with me through cooking from scratch, gardening, and savoring the simple joys of a good meal.
Videos come out every Monday.

Try it with FRESH LIME juice, that's the real gift!
Lime juice works well too! I only had lemons on hand though.
The hard part is remembering to get the avocado 5 days prior
what a fun treat!
Thanks
Soooooo bland lmfao
Well you can add anything you want yo them. It's just a simple basic recipe that you can make your own version of.
The only this bland about this is your comment
Add a little splash of milk to the cracked eggs so they are nice and fluffy
Top tip. Serve them while some of the egg is still runny. The heat of the eggs themselves means they continue to cook even when they're off the heat and, by stopping them a little early, they don't overcook and become dry. 😊
Good point! Thanks!
All look delicious!
Thank you!
These recipes look so good!
Thank you! I hope you try them out.
Those apple pancakes look good. I love breakfast.
One of my favorites! It's super easy to make too!
These all look so good!
Thanks!
The first salad with the strawberries is ridiculously good.
The cucumber, pea, radish salad looks really interesting. My wife loves feta, might make the watermelon one for her on mother’s day.
The watermelon one is my favorite! That's a good choice for mothers day.

I would toast them in the oven at 425F for 20 to 30 minutes. Hope that helps!

Quaker Oats has been shown to have chemicals that reduce fertility
Bummer. Well, you can always use a different brand or try something else instead of oats.
Hey there! Do you have a link for these containers? Love this video ❤
Oh thanks! I don't have a link. I found them one day at TJ Maxx, but you might be able to find them at Amazon.
Pepper?? Had me until da peppers
You don't have to add it, and it's a very small amount. It supposedly helps absorb the other ingredients better.
Mouthwatering recipe Looks quite delicious pls stay in touch
Thank you!
I never would have thought the salt seasoning was done with salt water. I for sure would have shaken salt on only after baking lol!
Yup, you have to give them a deep soak to get that really salty taste.
Super cool starwars spatula. Looks like a delicious breakfast
Thanks! Ha! You noticed those. The Stormtrooper one is my sons favorite.
Mmmmmm now I wanna make ricotta cheese! What kind of milk do you use? Or can you use?
I use whole milk, but I have heard of other people using sheep's milk. I would assume you could use goats milk. If you try a different milk, I would love to know how it goes and what tastes like. I would think goat would be pretty yummy!
YES THANK YOU this is exactly what I needed - I’m currently attempting to make scones for the first time ever using King Arthur’s gluten free scone mix, and I was feeling dubious about the consistency of my dough… seeing you slice and separate yours told me everything I needed to know (namely, that I have added Too Much Liquid 😅) Broadly though, this is the perfect baking video to me - clear camera angles, brief and thoughtful narration, under five minute runtime, sign me right up! Thank you for posting!
I'm so glad it's helpful!!! Your comment warms my heart. Hopefully, your scones will be successful.
That was interesting AND delicious 😋
Thank you!
Your editing is so good! I love this video!
You're so sweet! Thank you
This is great! We have a lot of citrus but we usually just eat it plain or juice it so I love having more ideas!
I'm so glad it helped!!!
This was very relaxing 😴😌❤️
😊
I've never had scones with honey! Yum!
Honey with scones is the best in my opinion!
Yummm
So good!
New subby! This is great ❤
Thank you!!!
I've never seen a cast iron waffle maker! These waffles look delish!
Thanks! Yeah, I don't know if they make them anymore, but my mother-in-law gave us this one. I think they work well.
Great video! Love that you do gluten-free! :) It's easy to follow... Looking forward to more of your videos...
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Wow! I've never seen this technique with the whipped cream in the eggs before, how cool!
Thanks! It makes the eggs so fluffy. You should try it.
I didn't realize it was pretty simple to make, I'll have to try it! I'm not the best cook
It's very simple. I'm sure you could make it.
This is such an important discussion!
Oh thanks for saying that. Sometimes I am so afraid to talk about it.
I need to try making these cookies! I like how you used multiple jams!
