  I know I'm late but your lowest damage is capped to 5. So regardless of -damage or not, you'll always deal 5 dmg if you go below it

  Really is mediocre as soon as your perk has "reduced melee damage" or you have zero rations and have no hunger, because your heavy attack isn't one shot anymore.

  As a man who has 3 years in this game and read too much lore, reikgon, the black guys, were created to contain the virus, which we all lovingly call cancer. Virtually everyone has cancer, except for the followers who dont have cancer and on top of that created reilgon in the first place, apostle and drifter, perks in the game, have some features of these reikgon, apostle being able to create a variant of them and get health from kills, and drifter having "cloak" similar to the hidden and also heal.
