Movement suggestive!! Fantastic!!🤗😊
"Relax" ... Key advice! Apparently i am seeing your videos in reverse. Still all very necessary info 💐🌺
Just saw update... your positivity and working with things needed shows how to take care afterwards and your next steps 👍 glad to see and help for post surgery 💐🩷
Just watching again. Do I have a full understanding? You had a lumpectomy on both sides? (First time I have "heard" of that. Not yet seen/heard of that. I have not had surgery yet. Soon to be scheduled. MRI this week. Did not think about or expect drains may be needed. You seem to be doing fine at this point. Did things continue to go well? I am small breasted and hope to have close to what I have now. This video really helps me with what questions to ask before surgery. Thank you...needed to see the g"graphic" video. Thank you again 💐🤗
I take 5 pills in the morning and 5 in the evening (2 times 1,800mg). Im on round 3 and other than fatigue, tiredness and loss of appetite, i feel ok. I will have to do 10 rounds. Pay atention to your nutrition. I eat no sugars, no carbs, no processed foods, no vegetable oils. Basically, i eat "clean" and i think that has a lot to do with how i'm coping with side effects and my general physical condition. I take black seed oil every day and curcumin supplement. Hope this helps. Stay strong & think positive ❤
Xeloda is touch but it sounds like you are doing everything to combat fatigue. Honor what your body can do and give yourself grace!
Hey Fitz thanks for this. Would you recommend cardio and strength training and if so what ratio pls?
Honor your body and do what you can! Your heart and soul will tell you if it's a cardio or strength day!
The things we go through in this world. But, love hearing survivor stories. Doctors give diagnoses and time limits...but God had the final say.
Hope you are doing well!
@@SurvivingBreastCancer Thanks! I am doing good. (Never had cancer) but my parents both passed because of the ugly disease. Currently have a cousin who is battling cervical cancer and doing doing too good.🙏
Are we supposed to close our eyes and listen or are we supposed to stare at the screen? It's my first time doing this so I'm not sure what to do.
That's such a great question! I am not 100% sure! What feels right for you? If you are called to close your eyes, please go ahead! The intention is that these meditations serve YOU and how you want to experience them!
Please redo app for metastatic cancer groups
What supplements were you allowed to take?
I just had my 6th and final chemo for st3c endometrial cancer. Very tired and woke up having an anxiety attack. I do have anxiety pills so took a half pill. Fear has engulfed me...life is scary. Up until now I haven't felt this way. I have faith but it is shaky right now. Yes fatigue...over powering. Health issues with hubbie and me. We are in our 80's. Maybe I should get some therapy. Thank you for sharing your journey.❤
I hear you and see you! Anxiety is definitely something that has presented itself to me since my diangosis with breast cancer. You are not alone in this experience.
My orthopedic prescribed alendronate for osteonecrosis of my hip. Supposedly it helps prevent head collapse and thereby needing a hip replacement at age 42. Now that I read about ONJ I’m honestly more freaked out about that now and been on 70mg weekly for 3 months now. If I stopped now do y’all think I’d be ok? I got my wisdom teeth still and have thick jaw bone because I have TMJ and bruxism so now I’m all freaked out about any mouth pain
Melanie, I enjoyed hearing your story. You have some similarities with me. I have had MBC since 2016. I look forward to tuning in in the future!
Thank you so much for your comment and for watching our channel! Glad we can support each other!
Appreciate you showing along with explaining how the drains work along with how you follow up each day. "Milking". I am still getting chemo. Kinda scared for surgery. Doesn't look as bad as I am thinking. 🌺
How are you doing now? How was surgery? Did you end up having drains?
Hi, I’m 4 weeks post DIEP flap surgery, is this class suitable for me please? 🙏🏼
Always ask your doctors what you are able to do and what feels right for your body.

I'm a 4 year BC survivor, 6 rounds agressive chemo, 1 year herceptin , 1 double mastectomy + reconstruction, and 3 months of physical therapy for my right arm. Wish you all the best, keep strong fellow warrior, thanks for sharing and God bless ❤
Thank you for sharing your story about Taxel. It is very educational to hear from firsthand someone that is on it. I love your upbeat, spirit and happiness. Even going through this difficult time. Continue to smile and help others because you have helped me. God bless.🎀🎀💝
A lovely idea but the meditation especially the breathing isn't as smooth as my usual ones I listen too regularly. I had to give up
Not easy 3 weeks
Great job presenters. ❤. Interesting takeaways.
Tiny habits. It's what Encourage and Empower is based on. ❤
I had 5 boosts
How are you doing now?
All drugs are poisonous and do not belong in the body. If it makes you sick, then it's going to make you sick and worse
You cannot see cancerous cells through blood work. A MASSIVE piece of misinformation there.
When sharing stories of personal experiences, we don't always know the correct medical terms. However, it is possible that when you do bloodwork, there may be an uptick in your tumor markers which may lead to other tests. Thanks for weighing in!
@@SurvivingBreastCancerA tumor marker isn’t always indicative of cancer either. Uterine cancer can only be diagnosed through a transvaginal ultrasound and biopsy. This patient saying her cancer was diagnosed through blood work only is embarrassingly inaccurate.
They took out the part that I really needed at the end of the video. Man! I really appreciate you trying to show it but it seems KZread doesn’t understand breast cancer and surgery etc so they take things down without knowing how helpful it is to others..
caring and sharing - ghost writer :-) follow intuitions ...you know your body and mental health better than anyone :-)
Choosing not to do any chemo was the hardest decision for my husband. He can still enjoy eating, quality beats time when you are older.

Good luck to you 🎉
Hi like your content ❤
I love it❣❣❣
I had a port fitted. So much better than a pic line. I was allergic to just about every plaster and it left my arm in a terrible state. It hurt a little. But I only had a local. It was a lot of pushing and pulling but no more bruised arms from chemo and blood tests. Plus you can move about easier and put a cardie off and on. Best thing I did.
Thank you ...
Your enthusiasm and good attitude is what I need to see and here. You give me hope. I see other blogs, and other people are so somber and Debbie downer’s and it scares me. Thank you for your videos and God bless you.
You are doing exactly the same treatment with exactly the same type of cancer as me...I hope you are well now. Wish me luck
My older sister just finished her Round 1. Really thank you for doing these videos, it helps me to understand so if she feels nervous about how she is feeling I can explain to her the reasons why. Greetings and a big hug from Uruguay!
Praying for you
Keep spreading the good news
