I bought this 2 weeks ago. The only problem I have with it, is the fence is tilted in at the top. I could have dealt with it, if the fence tilted out at the top. Now I have to shim up the bottom of the fence, to bring out the bottom of the fence, to square it to 90 degrees.

You're right. The instructions are kind of hard to read. I watched a few videos to learn how to assemble the stand.

Thanks for the tip about the caulk/silicone remover solvent. I have a fiberglass tub with tough silicone and ran out to the store and purchase a bottled and what a difference! It saved me so much time and headache. It worked so fast and cleaned up very old silicone. Rinsed with soap and water then alcohol. I couldn't scrape without gouging the tub and causing damage to the surface! The results were so much cleaner!

I love it. It's quick, simple, and get'er done..... and THANKFULLY NOT an heirloom, over built, custom made complicated "look at what I can do" space eating do all shop vac system!!! Did that get my point(s) across?

I just got this saw; this was by far the most comprehensive overview I've seen! Thank you for showing all the little secret storage spots and tips for assembling the stand where the directions fell short. I have all the confidence I need to set this up.

I guess the idea of using the very fast setting sikaset plug mortar over regular repair motor or epoxy, is that it is like hydraulic cement and can be applied to damp and even possibly leaking cracks and be able to set very quickly. Epoxy won't bond well to wet surfaces.

I followed this video as well as the manufacturer’s video for a similar sized crack. Was a bit disappointed to see that the small plastic conduits that receive the polyurethane a) do not stay in place very well b) do not really provide any promise that they will not get blocked by the mortar mix, resulting in a botched unresolved job. Overall this is a really expensive kit for what is basically a can of expanding spray foam and some mortar. Granted the mortar seems strong but as with many things, this doesn’t feel like it will hold and last long. Bummer.

Ok so that piece of plastic that you peeled off on top of the machine at the beginning of install, mine says DO NOT REMOVE and that doing so could cause a fire. 🤷🤷

Terrible video, the leaks etc are not part of the video description, I couldn’t see anywhere you had the actual “ rough openings “ dimensions for the base itself.

Possibly the worst scroll saw ever. Table is way too rough, green plastic insert not level with table, and so on…just awful to work on. Blade tensioner a joke, do yourselves a favour and get the top saw and be forever happy.

Hi there. I am in the middle of installing one of these right now. Wish I watched this video first. I did the flanges all wrong! I am curious this video was posted 3 years ago, how are things going? I feel like if the system is going to fail, it would be at the flanges.

How much water should be sprayed into the ports prior to the PU injection? I've seen videos where they only gave it a few sprays and others where they used a squeeze bottle trying to thoroughly wet the crack. If PU needs water to react then, would the squeeze bottle method be better at ensuring water reaches the entire depth and length of the crack?

Thank, great job, I just bought these extra nice drapes from a person online. 25.00 for 4 panels 54X108" Really daunting even though I've been sewing for years and many quilts. I almost didn't buy these but they were such good quality compared to what I can buy in stores. They are so large I can curtain my whole house. I've done curtains before but they were not lined. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this. I'll borrow the long table from my neighbor and get started. Wish me luck.....
