I had to look, because I just fell in love with them too, but they must be very popular because they are pricey! But on FB marketplace, someone in Modesto is selling the set of canisters for $275. That seems actually not bad for 4 canisters. And Omg, they are SO cute!! I’m so happy you found those special spice jars on CL and for a better price. I had my hallway decor that way, inspire by the ride, but i put it all in my room mix with Nightmare Before Christmas and other spooky stuff. Still working on my room decor. Brought out my Halloween Countdown Ceramic Calendar this morning...99 days!! It originally came with number cubes to count down from 10/1, but I crafted two additional cubes so that I could start further back. It's on my kitchen window ledge. I'll start decorating in early September. I've been collecting Halloween items for decades and some are now considered vintage! My "prized" possession is a set of 3 large papier mâché Jack 'O Lanterns 🎃🎃🎃 that belonged to my parents.

I'm starting to pull things out of storage and organizing them into their rooms for each theme. I'm also getting some pieces ready to list on the shop because I have WAY too much stuff! It's time to start sharing my decor with others, along with any other fun finds I see. I start in August though so everyone can get a good idea of what they might want to do before they start up. I leave all my silver tarnished as I feel it gives it a spookier, older look. I also buy a lot of inexpensive figurines and paint them matte black. The all black color totally transforms a simple figurine into something much more menacing, lol. Lastly, I change out the art in all of my frames. 👻🤍🩶🖤

OMG you are my spooky kindred spirit because I literally had just picked up black matte paint to paint some figurines! They were missing hands and I figured, why not do some fun Halloween DIYs vs. throwing them away? (upcoming video idea I was already working on!!). I love all of your suggestions. And the art is a MUST. I can't wait to share what I have in store for those. Also, draping black spooky thin fabrics over things and hanging candles are other easy favs of mine! I didn't do the floating candles last year and I missed them, so they're coming back up! You know what I'll be doing all weekend! Happy decorating! 👻🖤

I also love the set of the Gilded Age and the costumes ❤❤❤❤ I’ve also had a love for this time period my Grandmothers interior of her home was Victorian opulence with the modern art deco of the 1980’s blended with it, but everything blended and just had a stylish and classy look I always loved visiting her home I know that is where I found my love for interior design style of Victorian, shabby chic, cottage core I just surround myself in it as well as you. ❤

I love it! I am currently painting my cottage, I live in the Netherlands and we bought a cottage recently and I am painting the bedroom in a sage green and creamy white. It is very lovely. In the Livingroom I will decorate it art nouveau with lots of Tiffany lamps and art from that time. And pink on the wall. I started long time ago in a 1970 house and always loved the Victorian/ cottage vibe from the old days. Never liked modern style. Now I finally have a cottage, I am 53 !

Thank you so so much!!! I agree that it can be the most daunting room to decorate. This particular redecorating spanned over a couple of weeks because I kept changing my mind. I ended up getting a really good night's rest and then, first thing when I woke up - I attacked the rest of the decor. Sometimes just standing in a space and thinking about your ideas right before bed, sleeping on it, and then working on it as soon as you wake up is the best way to cure "designer's block" lol that's what I call it, at least! And thank you for the compliment on the dress! I'm actually wearing a vintage half apron with it that paired nicely with the theme 💕 Have a lovely weekend!! xoxo

Lovely decoration pieces. You have good taste. I have a few of those Victorian Lenox House pieces too. My style palette colors are pastel links, mint green & pastel lavender purples. My favorite decir style is Romantic shabby chic, with Vintage & Victorian. Love flowers, especially pink roses.

Brought out my Halloween Countdown Ceramic Calendar this morning...99 days!! It originally came with number cubes to count down from 10/1, but I crafted two additional cubes so that I could start further back. It's on my kitchen window ledge. I'll start decorating in early September. I've been collecting Halloween items for decades and some are now considered vintage! My "prized" possession is a set of 3 large papier mâché Jack 'O Lanterns 🎃🎃🎃 that belonged to my parents.
That papier mâché Jack 'O Lantern set sounds ADORABLE! What a fun piece! And omg I can't believe it'll be here before we know it! I'm starting to pull things out of storage and organizing them into their rooms for each theme. I'm also getting some pieces ready to list on the shop because I have WAY too much stuff! It's time to start sharing my decor with others, along with any other fun finds I see. I start in August though so everyone can get a good idea of what they might want to do before they start up. So many fun things in store! I love this season!! 🎃🎃🎃
I believe the Minnie Mouse statue you purchased is Bride of Frankenstein.
I leave all my silver tarnished as I feel it gives it a spookier, older look. I also buy a lot of inexpensive figurines and paint them matte black. The all black color totally transforms a simple figurine into something much more menacing, lol. Lastly, I change out the art in all of my frames. 👻🤍🩶🖤
OMG you are my spooky kindred spirit because I literally had just picked up black matte paint to paint some figurines! They were missing hands and I figured, why not do some fun Halloween DIYs vs. throwing them away? (upcoming video idea I was already working on!!). I love all of your suggestions. And the art is a MUST. I can't wait to share what I have in store for those. Also, draping black spooky thin fabrics over things and hanging candles are other easy favs of mine! I didn't do the floating candles last year and I missed them, so they're coming back up! You know what I'll be doing all weekend! Happy decorating! 👻🖤

I also love the set of the Gilded Age and the costumes ❤❤❤❤ I’ve also had a love for this time period my Grandmothers interior of her home was Victorian opulence with the modern art deco of the 1980’s blended with it, but everything blended and just had a stylish and classy look I always loved visiting her home I know that is where I found my love for interior design style of Victorian, shabby chic, cottage core I just surround myself in it as well as you. ❤

I love it! I am currently painting my cottage, I live in the Netherlands and we bought a cottage recently and I am painting the bedroom in a sage green and creamy white. It is very lovely. In the Livingroom I will decorate it art nouveau with lots of Tiffany lamps and art from that time. And pink on the wall. I started long time ago in a 1970 house and always loved the Victorian/ cottage vibe from the old days. Never liked modern style. Now I finally have a cottage, I am 53 !

Thank you so so much!!! I agree that it can be the most daunting room to decorate. This particular redecorating spanned over a couple of weeks because I kept changing my mind. I ended up getting a really good night's rest and then, first thing when I woke up - I attacked the rest of the decor. Sometimes just standing in a space and thinking about your ideas right before bed, sleeping on it, and then working on it as soon as you wake up is the best way to cure "designer's block" lol that's what I call it, at least! And thank you for the compliment on the dress! I'm actually wearing a vintage half apron with it that paired nicely with the theme 💕 Have a lovely weekend!! xoxo

Lovely decoration pieces. You have good taste. I have a few of those Victorian Lenox House pieces too. My style palette colors are pastel links, mint green & pastel lavender purples. My favorite decir style is Romantic shabby chic, with Vintage & Victorian. Love flowers, especially pink roses.

They're too cute and will pair so nicely with the spice jars. Just need a larger hutch when I find them! 💕 🙂
