I Just realized how shallow mindset some people have in Ghana . Even from the comments here. There is no law that criminalized insult in Ghana. Insult is a civil case so only in Ghana that a policeman can arrest people because of a defamation case. The worse scenario is to sue the person whom you think he has defamed you. Ghana is a Banana republic. He should go and arrest Evg Akwasi Awuah because he has insulted him several times. Is he afraid of him ?

There is something really wrong in Ghana. Where in the world do they arrest people for INSULTS. When did INSULTS become a crime. The rich and well connected Ghanaians are abusing the poor. People here in USA insults even the President and the President cannot send the Police to arrest anybody because INSULTS despite it being morally wrong is not a crime but a CIVIL case. It is only in Ghana where the illiteracy rate is HIGH that you arrest people for DEFAMATION. Where in the world is defamation a criminal matter but not a CIVIL case. This is really shameful. Sean Paul should contact HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION of the world and sue that goat face Adom Kyei Duah, the useless Judge, the Ghana Police and the Government of Ghana at the International Court for ABUSE OF HIS HUMAN RIGHTS.
