    It would be nice to see some studies out there using the neuradient 1070 along with Quantitative EEG. Before forking out an extra $2000 it would be nice to know that clinically meaningful results are possible. Most of this podcast has been about blah blah blah.

    Does omega 3 help reduce inflammation which is the cause of old age conditions like dementia, arthritis and cardio vascular diseases?

  • @drruthmaryallan
    @drruthmaryallan14 күн бұрын

    Yes it can do at the appropriate levels. You are best getting your omega 3 levels checked led through a simple omega-3 index test and then optimising accordingly through diet or supplements, but it’s most effective used in combination with B12 per the interview. You can visit my website homepage and click on the omega index test to get one ordered. Please consult with a qualified, up to date medical practitioner before taking supplements.

    Thank you this is enlightening. I am age 60. I have tried to reduce seed oils and increase omega 3 in my diet and now my arthritis type pain has gone and I felt I had early dementia as I struggled to remember things, but am now much better. Thankfully we eat enough fish but struggle with iron levels, we think this is a family genetic thing. As soon as I use seed oils rather than ghee, olive oil or coconut oils, and eating nuts the pain comes back in my joints and muscles.

    One of the main components of Dr Bryan’s lozenges is ascorbic acid. And since the lozenge is supposed to stay in the mouth as long as possible, even being told to leave the juices in your mouth on your tongue, as long as possible, you are exposing your mouth to major amounts of ascorbic acid, which is highly damaging to your teeth.

  • @drruthmaryallan
    @drruthmaryallanАй бұрын

    I am not a specialist in oral health, so would recommend you contact your functional medicine dentist with regards to the appropriate amount of ascorbic acid to consume. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) has been shown to have beneficial effects in maintaining optimal oral health: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8784414/

  • @JamesTierney

    @@drruthmaryallan of course it has beneficial aspects, but not to sit in your mouth for minutes at a time without swallowing it. It’s foolishness to think it wouldn’t have any negative effect on your enamel. It’s very potent acid. This is why chewable vitamin C is not recommended anymore for children or adults.

    Talking about toxic load, no mention of the poisons that the V@xxs contain?!?! And the kemtrayls,!?! Less important, but you don’t mention distillers, I use one, not for my shower, but for all my cooking. Most experts recommend those. And even less important! The skin as the largest organ in the body has been superceded by the interspacial system, ref Dr Tom Cowan and Dr Robert O Young.

  • @drruthmaryallan

    Hi Lynn. Thanks for taking the time to comment. At the time of recording it was early in the vaccination program and so it wasn’t part of the discussion. I will be speaking with Dr Leo Galland MD in a future episode on the latest insights. There are so many interventions possible to mitigate toxins. Thank you for the insight in distillers. With regards to the ski you are right the interspacial system is larger, however it is not fully accepted by the medical community as an organ. I believe the discussion was around the visible expression we experience when toxins are being removed, which often happens through our skin, acting as a great visual aid to what is going on inside our body. Thanks again for taking the time to comment!

  • @drruthmaryallan
    @drruthmaryallan10 ай бұрын

    @@CC-RaptureANYsecond thanks for your question. With regards to your B12 and Omega3 index, I would first recommend you get your levels checked through a simple blood test of both. You can get your B6 and B12 levels checked by many suppliers or your primary care doctor. I use Medichecks: medichecks.sjv.io/doDJ07. For Omega-3, you will need to get your Omega-3 index tested and they will advise the right level of supplementation based on your current Omega-3 index. The more globally accessible supplier is omegaquant.com/ref/151. Optimise based on the guidance given. For B12 it is recommended you are over 300pmol/L in the USA to avoid deficiencies. Ensure you use the appropriate B12 to your gene-type. www.optimaldx.com/research-blog/b12-deficiency-part-3 Hope that helps?

    Peter is such a genuine, kind yet unassuming doctor. He has a lot of wisdom which this world of suffering needs now more than ever. So people can take care of their health and not rely on drugs. His accent and manner is comforting which cannot be said for the host. Her constant frown, tense face and common/rough accent comes across as aggressive impatient and egotistic. She repeats the buzz words of the day, without true understanding and certainly nothing she's demonstrating. I can't believe she is a coach for mental health, and with impressionable children who may adopt her very negative manner. She's a stark contrast to the affable, open and warm Dr Grunwald who is walking the talk.
