These scopes are trash and a waste of money. Just look for non-KZreadr reviews. KZreadr reviews are just pushing product. There are many many complains including mine. They freeze, stop responding, and are heavy.
Buyer be WARE! ATN purposefully programs this failure into their product to force you to “update”. When updating, your have to register and they do this to extract sensitive private info from you to keep track of you! THE MORE YOU KNOW!
ATN needs to get a real fix for the ATN X-Sight 4K. I've tried this solution multiple times, called ATN multiple times and still have issues. You can download the firmware and install it and it will work for a time - until you go sit in the field for an hour only to find the screen freezes up. This has happened to me over and over. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds...makes a loud click, then power back up... works fine for 15 minutes - then freezes again. This unit is not reliable and is not worth the money. DO NOT BUY.

I have both your Day/Night (just posted a review video) and your Thor night thermal. I really wish it was more described on Amazon that you have a max of 720p with these and that you have to remove the SD card each time you want to get the files. I get no wifi on the “bare bones models” but at least be able to use the provided usb and plug the unit into the computer to get them. Also the sleep option is not very good. Neither of mine wake up to motion consistently.

Do not use this video even though it's on ATN website when you get to the end to download the web part of it it will fail every time I finally got ATN on the phone and the guy said they design it that way so you cannot mess up what you download in it and you have to call them he emailed us the last few steps and it worked like a charm
