    Hi Bobby mate, hope you don’t mind me reaching out for support. I’ve been having a nightmare with my AdBlue system on CKVC engine. The fault codes are NOx sensor bank 2 reads are off. AdBlue system has low reductant pressure. I filled up with 10litres of AdBlue last month & is now coming up with “refill in 1500 miles” which I cannot clear. NOx sensor happened first for a few month until the other issues started to appear Would you be able to help me where to start with this? Thank you🤝

    Hi Bobby, great content! Been following for a while as I'm about to go From TFSI to an A7 BITDI soon. Kind of new to all of this but do these BITDI need an upgraded hrbrid turbo to see the 400bhp mark? Or the stock turbos are capable of getting there with supporting mods. If they do require an upgrade what is the ideal turbo to go in the 2014+ model? Just gathering my research before pulling the trigger and I would ideally want you to tune it...

    Hi Bobby, hope you don’t mind me reaching out as been huge fan of your work for years. As you who has experience in both the 3.0tdi a5 and the 3.0bitdi a6/a7 is it worth the upgrade in terms of power, drive and the tiptronic gearbox? I currently have a a5 3.0tdi but I’d like to know if it’s worth the upgrade or not. Are they comparable or is the bitdi in a different league? Hope to hear your experience on the comparison between the both & thanks for the videos!🤝

    Hi depends what year A5 you have and what your target power is. With just a tune a BiTDI can make 400hp plus whereas the A5 will need turbo and fuelling mods.

    @@BobbySinghRacing currently have the CDUC engine with stronic gearbox. Are the bitdi’s more refined? Along with the tiptronic gearbox? Wanting to see if it’s worth an upgrade & hopefully come down for a tuning session. Thanks mate

    @@Xvc2345 Tip is nice and strong and breaks down less than DL501 gen1 etc It a bigger and better drive the bitdi and ones with air suspension are great for our rubbish UK roads.

    Another amazing work ! Now i saw pcv issue in this video, should i check anything for BMK engine ? My A6 BMK has this welded empty cat too from previous owner. Turbo flange is warped too, got pressure loss over 3000rpm i think. I'll ask custom dp to workshop, any recommendation for shape or sizes of DP ? my specs Hybrid BV50, ccwa injectors, swirl-flap delete. Not tuned properly because of emp issues.

    Why is the EGT by -0,0°? Have also a tuned CCWA but only EGR and DPF off, with CP4.2, so ~300HP. But my tuner made it the same way...

    Because the previous tuner tuned off the engine protection for exhaust, oil and coolant temp. Its not correct and not very safe especially if doing vmax

    Not bad. I have the GTB2565vk in my CDYA. Twin little upgraded intercoolers behind fog lights. Fog light delete for more air flow. CP3 R110 with passat bitdi injector. 3 inch exhaust turbo back. And the first pull was 426bhp. But my dual mass flywheel didn't like all that torque. So to make the manual transmission more reliable before the DMF explode in milion pieces. They turned the power down to 400bhp 822nm.

    If tuned progressively they can work. These turbo names don’t mean much without wheel sizes. R110 pump is a over kill for the power level.

    @@mrpatonki6776 you have a 6hp19 and yes they can take power if torque is controlled. I done 400hp / 800nm a few times now.

    @@mrpatonki6776 yes i have manual gearbox. With a new Sachs dual mass flywheel. A stage 2 pressure plate that can hold up to 800+NM. And a 8 Puck clutch without springs. They don't exist with springs for the c6 to soften the gear changes. From standing still to first. Engage first gear . the car judders. After that it drives normal. About tiptronic i don't have the knowledge about that.

    Hi Bobby:D this is my old A5:D mechanical was build by my (I’m not a mechanic) and tuned by one guy from Italy:D on old hybrid car was running 370hp and 710nm:D original I ask You to map this car but this day you don’t want tune car not build by you:( I know that tune was poor but happy to see that finally job is done properly!!!     Hi thanks for commenting. Yes I do try to avoid random turbos unless the spec is good. Im sure there is a market for lower spec hybrids but for me if Im doing a job it needs to be right. As for the tuning - you seen the vcds screen but Im seeing tuning like this all the time now. This guy also installed a wagner so that helped. If you need help in the future you got my details 👍🏽

    The old spec could have performed also good. Just PCV change (if all support mods already in place such as ,wagner,cp3, swirl, agr,dpf off, maf, map sensor...) with proper tuning the car would have also performed great. 400hp / 800nm+. Usually those hybrids running amg "lightweight" turbine wheel wich i consider not that bad to be honest. The 65mm inducer wheel (i would assume) is also good to support 400hp. Is there more to get, of course but sometimes (very often) there is an invest/ performance tradeoff to be made, especially for just those "last" 20-30hp more you can get with the highest 2260 hybrid spec. On top spool is also suffering at least in theory. I would love to see bobby open himself to tune more "selfmade builds" as fucked up as they sometimes are specially at software side but often there is just one piece of the parcel to change (also in this case) and everybody would be happy.

    @@SSC0815 I agree power could have been better. However there is more to a turbo than just wheels. For example if the machining work is done poorly this also results in inefficiency. The tw you mentioned was first tested by myself in 2016 and yes it works fine. If you have a turbo you want me to tune I’ll do it but I cannot say how well or how long it will last. I recently tuned a hybrid with a 54mm wheel and it surged terribly in the low rpm which meant less boost. He’s returning to have my spec soon. Most cw’s out there being sold are not suitable for diesels - people just assume bigger is better.

    @@SSC0815I got problem whit this pcv on the beginning I didn’t know they are limited with pressure and often I got limp mode because of that but I didn’t know from where it’s coming and no one know, now I know after Bobby move:D it was hard to get 400hp from this turbo because they max boost was 2bar anyway we stretched to 2.1bar in middle range. Other than that spec was not bad in my opinion got all supported mods like: bitdi maf, 2200bar fuel pressure sensor, cp3, big brakes from a6 etc. The biggest problem like you said was proper tune… and I’m sad too, that Bobby don want to tune home made project but on the end of the day it make sense why Bobby don want to do this.. Ps: Dpf wasn’t gutted by my:D was done before I bought car and now I saw how bad it was… especially because im doing welding for living. Thanks Bobby again for finishing my project!❤

    320/330hp with 750nm is max with rail pressure increased. Maybe could go alittle higher but EGT in 4 is already 880deg

    I wish my A6 3.0tdi BMK will run like this but gearbox :( CCWA injectors and BV50 hybrid installed, flaps deleted, struggling with bent cat-pipe head which losing pressure, planning to change it into downpipe. Bought 3.5bar map sensor, waiting in glovebox
