Which means nothing if you lose on the tree. A bit trigger happy here. Twice. In a regular bracket race, this guy is first or second round bait. On the tree and consistency. Gotta be within a couple hundredths on a lucky day, a couple thousandths on a tough night.

Why dont they go back to the eay it was in the 70s and 80s . Pro stock cars were street cars that they put roll cages in and took the front clip off and two front quarter panels and made a fiberglass front clip that looked just like it did and you could remove the whole peice and work on the engine. They were still like real street cars then. Thats how it was when pro stock began and it was lots of fun to see them race. All N/A motors and make them run carburators . It made the engine builders really have to scratch thier heads and figure out ways to squeeze a little more HP out of the engines. Bob Gliddon was good at that. Those were racers Bob Gliddon , warren Jhonson , Lee Sheppard. Those guys were the thread and fabric of drag racing. They should take the pro stock class back like it use to be. I bet the fans wouldnt leave thier seats. 😊
