A few outdoor odds and ends I would change but by and large, this is exactly the type of property I would want to move to. Even the price point isnt bad compared to prices here in FL. I like my fruit trees and theres a lot of space to expand new trees and make things a bit more attractive. The yoga area is a great place for a large potted plant garden without the weed issues you would get from just doing it on the ground.
the drone footage should really form a wide circle around the property...

Back in 2021 it was up for sale at €2.3 million. We stayed here in 2022 and it was wonderful. Sorry to see it being sold but I hope it’s kept as a b&b.

Supertrullos! Btw, are trullos in general protected? E.g. if you wanted to enlarge a window, would that be allowed?
Yes they are protected, it’s very strict what you can and can’t do on them
I’m curious what the coldest temperature would be in that area in in winter. It likely wouldn’t influence my choice to purchase the property, but the wife is well you know..
Winter in Puglia is mild with temperatures ranging from 5°C (41°F) to 13°C (55°F), and it's the wettest season

Such a shame to sacrifice space for bedrooms, many of the rooms could have been far more use, with walk in wardrobes, bigger bathrooms, seating area, where is the sitting room, where is the library, a house of this size should have more comfort.
They did an absolutely marvelous job of renovating and decorating this house. But the stairs. Ee gad! 😮😮 They look shallow and steep. This town is all white like Osuni.

I love the look of a trullo, but the reality is they are too small for anything other than 1 person. It's like a studio apartment in the country. Doesn't really make much sense.

There’s no kitchen in the trullo. How are you going to rent it out? All there is is a mini fridge
There is space to add a small kitchen in the trullo and don’t forget the outside kitchen, I forget to mention in it tour there is also a pizza oven!

It looks like an hotel, every where sleeping rooms, a palace without library or proper living room and the terrace looks like a restaurant. Not really a family home.

we stayed in a trullo last month. wonderful vacation but very tight for a family of four.

It's great to see the evolution of your videos. Just the difference from 3 months ago till now night and day. There are times I imagine clients hold off on releasing the price. Especially on commercial properties. May I recommend a simple mentioning of why no price in the beginning and end. While the negative engagement on a video like this helps the algorithm push it out to more people, it tends to suffocate building up a community. Views may spike but just look at how many convert to subscribers. These are wonderful properties in their unique way. Thanks for sharing.
