So this video was a little disturbing to me. And not because of the information of seeking out alternative therapies to help with mental health issues. But the fact that and perhaps this is a modern thing, or a generational thing? I feel that you’re a bit delusional. so what’s gonna happen when you hit old age? And you have limitations that you have to adapt to? Are you going to turn to therapy drugs? Every time you’re not winning and have to adapt is this how you’re going to react psychologically? In my perspective, it seems, unrealistic and arrogant. Because the natural world isn’t about consistently being 100% and winning. And I would hope you would find that lesson in your experience first and learn to accept the obvious. With this comes maturity and wisdom. The only thing you can count on in life 100% is death, taxes, and change.

I have to say, it is not a good practice to take any kind of psychedelic an hour after mdma has kicked in. You will experience the come down and rapid serotonin drop before or during the peak of the psychedelic so mdma needs to be taken once the mushroom begins to give effects.
