Hi friend. I installed AURF 8409-7P in 24 MOSFET board with 2 3000F super capastor. The MOSFET blowing up in first use . Is the irl40sc228 work with super capastor? Apologies for my lack of knowledge
I'm sorry I didn't try on the supper capacitor but the MOSFET you used it also blew up even though my power supply is battery. Aurf 8409-7p that's the ads advice to install that's why I installed it unfortunately it blew up and I replaced with irl40sc228

Hello, i think mine blew a mosfet or several. It burns holes and sparks fly. Is it possible that it might need a capacitor mod like other spotwelders? And it is possible to specifically determine which mosfet is blown or do you have to desolder all from the board and check individually? Regards
If that is so there is something wrong with the microchip controller timer.

Honestly speaking the issue I encountered is no audio in the lift channel only that, however the bass in the sub is very nice and smooth and in the right channel it is a combination of bass and voice. Curious how you’re getting good welds with 0.3mm nickel at gear 15. I have to go above 90 to get welds that are strong enough to tear the strip. At around 40 is where they begin to take hold but I can pull most of them apart. Have you had these results on actual batteries as well? Any thoughts as to why I’d have to go so high. Batteries I’m using should theoretically be able to deliver 1170 amps.
What sort or battery are you using? If needed to max the gear means your battery is not high discharge rate.
@@pitikaron two parallel 6s, 6.5A, 90C. Totaling the 1170 in my post. Seems like that should be enough :( MOSFETs get pretty hot pretty quickly too which is my only fear.
Are you sure 6S? Then increase the thickness of the input and output traces. Then use 6/8 gauge silicone wire, If you can? replace the wire of the Battery into 6 gauge and 8 gauges for welding pen.

Pila ka AH ang 32650 nimo boss if ang 32650 nimo ang AH kada battery Kai 5000mqh or 5Ah so 4P equals 20Ah x 24V = 480W niya charger nimo 24× 1.6A = 38.4W so ma full charge na mga 12 to 13hr

Great series of videos, I have lots of these 32700 cells which came from smaller packs with faults but the cells are all good. Looking to build a larger pack for my DIY solar but know nothing about it 😂 what is the final voltage and ah of this pack? I assume both packs together are 24? and if just one it would be 12v? I have found the BMS from your earlier video and there is an option for both. Have you more videos to come showing the addition of BMS etc? Thanks for your videos, a great help!
Thank you for your comments. BMS SPECIFICATION: 8S/24V 100A working current. 50A Charging current max, 8S 13P 104 32700 in total. Minimum voltage for 8S 24V and max voltage 27.2V 29.2V it's just for floating voltage.
