  I love this recipe, but using Goya Adobo has an incredible amount of sodium (550 mg per 1/4 teaspoon). have you ever tried this without the Adobo and just the lowry's?

  I did similar last week and only 2 legs @ 350 for 1.5 hrs and could not pull the tendons out at all was stuck like glue...temp was 195 internal...had to sap them in micro for 3 mins each to get the tendons out from the meat...

  That recipe didn't quite turnout correct I would've used cornstarch. Putting more eggs after your bonding agent as well as oil made it come apart

  IF I MAY MAKE A SUGGESTION, IF YOU CUT THE END SKIN OFF THOSE LEGS, YOU CAN EASILY PULL OUT ALL THOSE ANNOYING TENDONS, AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT IS TO BITE INTO A SINUE-FREE LEG!

  This lemon pie looks easy and delicious. I don't do desserts much these days, but what a great idea for when the need comes up.
