Nice overview very helpfull , all the best Steve.
Hola soy de Argentina y e adquirido un gpz. Queria saber si tenes algun video explicando las configuraciones que utilizas. Muchas gracias y saludos
Brilliantly presented. Explained in a simple and common sense way. All newcomers to prospecting will benefit immensely from this tutorial !
You could just add soap to the water 🤷 But that wouldn't be as much fun.
Yep jet dry
very methodical. awesome process Thanks for sharing. I micro mine in Northern Alberta Canada.
Enjoyed watching your video sir. I got some great ideas for my own projects now. Thank you for taking the time to share. Cheers 🍻

Recently found my first gold and it was 1-3 pieces of this stuff in a pan. Captured a total of 12 specks. Sadly it all disappeared when I tried to clean it up.
What bags?
So very impressive mate! Thanks For Sharing. I am always experimenting also, but your results are Absolutely Incredible
First time watcher , which state are you at and is most of your equipment easily accessible for beginners mate
Beautiful thank you lest we forget ❤️
Best video i have seen.
Crazy experiment that I wouldn't have guessed would have caught any gold, especially with carpet, tiny expanded metal, & big-ish rifles. A shaker sluice that still needs to be panned instead of a one and done shaker table. Hmm; idk; I guess it's good if you can't make a shaker table. No videos for 3 years, No reply for a year; was interesting to think about though. Would like to figure out how to do fine gold recovery or most of it straight away. - Am thinkin tight roller screens to classify fine gold and sand at the moment, never thought about vibration as I thought it would compact or bounce gold out and wash away. Cool vid.
absolutely love this video, thanks
By far one of the most informative videos I've watched for Australian alluvial gold. Nice work, mate.
Get your hands on an angus mackirk. No modification needed
Absolute awesomeness!!! Love your idea and you proved it works! Thank you John for that warm Aussie Love! Adore your accent ❤❤❤ Coming from Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦❤ Love Australia 🇦🇺 ❤ Blessings 2U
What about a centrifuge?
Thank you for sharing your wisdom... Well presented and great info.
Very good job. I'm not a prospector but that stuff will increase my knowledge. Thanks
That is too cool, hope you find a bunch! Be safe be blessed.
That is what I am finding. Thank you.
All it’s doing it’s mechanically breaking up the surface tension and allowing the surface gold to sink and gets trapped by the sluice box. Amazing video! Cheers from California! This is one of those one of kind think outside the box teachers that really know their stuff!
Just noting - your tailings bucket is being vibrated throughout the process somewhat, which means that gold will may be settling downward in the tailings bucket, and therefore won't be in a scoop from the top of the bucket. It would be worth panning down further throughout your tailings bucket to understand whether any gold is getting through. The reason I mention this is that you said the material is getting compacted on your sluice, and gold has a very hard time moving through compacted material. Just something too think about. Thanks for your video.
Love your tech..thanks a lot for your education.
I ain't got no gold where I'm at. So what I do is put a small lead fishing weight in my pan and just practice. Every once in a while I get a little bit of black sand.
Thanks for this Sir. I live in northern Alberta and we have lots of flour gold east of the rockies here but people use conventional sluice boxes. This confirms my suspicions.
Love you so much❤❤❤. God bless you brother
Amazing quantity in the end!
It’s a lot of work but if you have quality rock to start with I bet you get a oz per bucket?
Do you know what the quality of the gold is? .22,.24, caret?
Why is good quantity rock in the USA usually found in quarts and dark brown , and your rock is pink quarts? Don Los Angeles California
Maybe you should sell some of the smaller high grade so we can have something to take into the field to compare to what we find? Don Los Angeles California
