  Its called the rope glitch basically you put one controller on the ground and then you use the other hand to grab onto the rope and use your hand to smack the ring and hold until you fly away (:

  @@T4borm4n its the two wood walls (commonally referred as double walls.). the outer walls of the entire map is made out of stone. u could also pinch climb on the two walls by hugging the wall and pushing yourself up and not away from the wall, could also help by looking up when ur doing it.
