Why would you ever want to help cops hurt citizens? You mentioned California, haven't you ever heard what happened to Rodney king?! Cops are the enemy of a free society and the biggest threat to freedom.

Jeffrey Weaver • 17h Master Sexton’s instruction is always so precise. No matter how long I’ve been practicing a technique, there’s never been a time when he hasn’t found something I need to improve. Being around him, like being around Sensei Fariborz, is a sure way to remind myself of how much I have to learn.

The wordd 'legend' is bandied around everywhere, and by and large has lost it's meaning - but for those who know, these are two actual legends. People who made a lasting and indelible impact on the martial arts landscape.

As usual, Urquidez only talks about himself. You would think he could at least ask Dan some questions about Bruce Lee.

I like the different bags. Whenever I do a bag workout, I try to imagine at the beginning what height my opponent that day is. I never thought of punching up like that.
