  my two favorite sports! mtb will absolutely drain your energy, it's a full body workout. That drop was big!! I've never ridden a downhill park before, just the local trails near me. So I think I can probly get by with less protection because of that. I use a normal helmet not full face and gloves but that's it. also 3:42 "shin" is the word you're looking for

  I want to preface this by saying that the physio probably is a very competent professional who knows what he's doing. However, you should never take the chance with neck cracking. It can cause strokes due to carotid artery dissection, my wife has already had two patients with this problem in her first year she's been practicing as a doctor (GP). Such cases are rare, but it is basically never worth the risk. Thought you should know, again not saying the physio doesn't know his stuff for the rest of it. Also, nice vid, I enjoyed the safe(er) approach to mtb and the georgous views!

  I love bouldering and MTB too (not downhill, one of those worth trying), but yeah, it´s hard to concentrate both of those. So I chose bouldering.

  I've tried mountain biking once and it was a lot harder than I expected. It looks so easy in videos and I naively thought it wouldn't be hard because it was just riding downhill 😅 😅! My legs and butt were wrecked after one run. Also, mountain biking is terrifying! I'll be sticking with climbing, but it was cool seeing how good you were at mountain biking!
