Will give this a try!

Farmer's Cheese not Cottage Cheese
Sure, but we have used Cottage Cheese.
@@TheKitchenBrothers Even Velveta would be better than cottage or farmers.
@@georgeroscoe1786 I'm afraid I do not know this cheese. And should you be talking about Velveeta Cheese then you are absolutely wrong. This is yellow cheese and we are talking about curd white cheese, these are significantly different and no yellow cheese is good with Pierogi. Have a great day and thank you for your comment.
Super pierogi / zamiast śmietany można polać tłuszczykiem ze smażoną cebulką / brawo
Znamy ludzi ktorzy lubią pierogi ze skwarkami lub Przyprawą do zupy zwaną też Maggi. You of course can use fat with fried onion, but some people use bits of cracklings or Maggi.
You lost me at 'peel potatoes' No way do I peel potatoes.
That's how it works. When life gives you potatoes, you peel them! And then make vodka.
Hahahaha, you guys are enthusiastic if not Michelin rated. Count me in your journey to break 100 subscribers. Where is your accent from? There is no Wikipedia page on you guys yet.
Ha this is the nicest comment we have received in our lives xD Give it a good guess based on stuff we're cooking to where we're from. Thank you so much we indeed are extremely close to 100 already.
They are pretty popular in Ukraine. Eaten a bit differently than in Poland I believe. But almost exactly the same. Called Varenyky in Ukraine.
The brotherhood of Pierogi/Varenyky ;)
I use Farmers Cheese.
You of course can but curd/cottage cheese also know as Twaróg seems best in our opinion.
@@TheKitchenBrothers My Grandmother and Grandfather are from Poland and they passed down using a good Farmers Cheese to my Mom, who passed away last month, and me.
Wow, these golden donuts for Fat Thursday look absolutely delicious! 🍩 The use of lard for authenticity adds a unique touch. 👏🎉 +1👍
Thank you so much for your comment. They were as amazing looking as they were delicious. Try doing these yourself you will understand!

Look so yummy 😋
Chef or doughnuts?
Glad I found your channel, love my mums cooking. Now I can make it myself, making pierogi this weekend cannot wait. Please make more polish recipes.
Aye Aye, will make one soon :]
They look like empanadas.
Only look like Empanadas; taste and texture are completely different.
The name pierogi ruskie has nothing to do with Russia but with the historical areas called Ruś
Great to know!
❤❤
Thank you :]
Promo SM 🎶

You won't be able to get subscribers on KZread if you don't add videos every day. You need to add videos every day so that more people can get to know this beautiful kitchen <3
As much as we would like to do so, unfortunately at below 10 subscribers we have to continuewith our dayjobs. We promise to upload more should we get to point where we can resign of our day jobs. Thanks for the comment.
