    hexagon function is in palette!!! klick and drag and done. The only stupid thing is that those idiots at PTC define chord length instead of parallel distance. (which is what you need to make a bolt of M8). I really don't get why those asses make it so effing difficult.

    True @wilfredswinkels 🙂, Palette is quick and easy way to make hexagon sketch, however you don't get the flexibility if you only know parameters like parallel distance.

    How can i get parts as large as a shipping container ( 20' x 8' x 8' ) . . . sinilar shape, form . . 'molded' in RTM / FILAMENT WINDING / RSM . . .   • @Kreatorzone
    @KreatorzoneАй бұрын

    Shore D 70 (almost as hard as safety hat) is very hard and would not offer enough flexibility to extract this model without breaking it in reaction injection molding. Horizontal injection molding with proper tooling injection unit would do the job. I have added the link for reference. kzread.info/dash/bejne/jI15j49uo7C2hZc.htmlsi=yCTS5eQQn_wwv_L4

    @@Kreatorzone use your head…. The idea of rotating the bridge was to avoid being build on top the train-rail infraestructure below. Hi, how can you check the pressure drop in inventor CFD?

  • @Kreatorzone
    @Kreatorzone5 ай бұрын

    You can apply the known boundary conditions to your model and run the simulation to get the pressure drop. Please watch all my videos on autodesk cfd to get a complete basic understanding of the same.

    This is a new valve design, with boundary conditions unknown. @@Kreatorzone

  • @Kreatorzone
    @Kreatorzone5 ай бұрын

    The most common boundary that comes upon in confined fluid flow problems is the wall of the conduit. The appropriate requirement is called the no-slip boundary condition, wherein the normal component of velocity is fixed at zero, and the tangential component is set equal to the velocity of the wall. Since you do not know the boundary conditions, assume the fluid flow rate 'Q', apply at the inlet and outlet of the valve. Assuming you know the density of the fluid you are simulating for.

  • @SandeepSingh-43
    @SandeepSingh-435 ай бұрын

    Ok, actaully i know the pressure drop by design has to be .17 psig, and the exit flow rate has to be 3 lbs/ min. The flow has to go through a 1.25" diameter check valve. I have 1ft long extension on both side of the check valve with ports on both side, 3inches spaced away from the check valve. Any advice on inlet boundary conditions i should assume. @@Kreatorzone

  • @Kreatorzone
    @Kreatorzone5 ай бұрын

    You can import the model of the check valve. For the extension you can use CAD tool like creo. Apply 0.17 psig pressure at inlet side and outlet apply flow rate as shown in my video. Ensure units are correct as it will give you wrong results. Run the simulation and u will be able to visualise the results. Look for the pressure drop at inlet and outlet.

    The rotational centrifugal is suitable for flat layers like sheets of GRP layer subsets. Boat-hulls, cooling-stress and usage-stress, is not-suitable for long term structural bash sand beach. Same observation apply backwards to machine and tooling and cycles. If make sheets for non-centrifugal moulds as part of a 2 part process, the machines and results may be better with savings for both parts IF land space and rental is cheap. Information is Not-applicable for city style manufacturing due to land and labour costs. City needs high tech with high cost therefore market-niche is only high precision for some chance of profitability.
