  I bought the Safeway brush last week and it worked perfectly first time. Now after 4 uses it just turns off after blowdrying one side of my hair and only turns on to full heat setting. A waste of money and I am sad about this as it gave really great results the first time I used it!!!1

  It looks like it works great. I also have that kink in my bangs does a curl almost the wrong way and it always goes back to that pattern.

  I've had my first remington way back 2010, the runway prototype that doesn't have any heat adjustments (always at 210°c) and no digital display. It only has a little switch for on and off. It can be used on wet hair. Sadly, the wire tore off last night 😥 That baby served me 12 years. Honestly, I am kinda hesitant with the new remington models, so I am considering Philips. Good thing I came across your review. Looks like I'll be stuck with remington for another 12 years 😁 Thank you.

  I have just had my hair cut in a shortish bob, I have not had it cut since Covid began, so it was quite a shock! I have been looking at hot brushes & I am still not certain which one will be best for me. At 75 nearly 76, I don’t want anything that pulls too much as I don’t want to lose my hair. However, I do want the frizz taken out and a smooth soft look with lots of shine. Any advice?

  Yes you can use it without the steam function, but the problem is the iron outside that works like curler gets really hot as the iron itself, so you have to be careful while using it and not touche your face or neck or you burn
