  Hi, I work with a soldering iron temperature from 390 to 500 degrees Celsius, it all depends on the element that needs to be heated, if it is an SMD component then I set the temperature lower, but if the element is large then I change the soldering iron tip to a larger size and increase the temperature if it is not enough to heat up the solder.

  If you do not have the skill to repair digital equipment, then it is better to contact a specialist workshop, otherwise you may only end up breaking them completely. If you know anything about repairs, then disassemble and test the battery, it may be the culprit of the problem.

  I have the same headphone but after 5 to 6 months of using it, the headband snapped or broke ( I don't know if it snapped or got bent as I am not able to see inside it because of the cushion thingy on top) but is there any way that I can replace only the headbands? How do we know what has actually happend inside it? Can we remove the headbands seperately? Pls answer 😭

  Hi, I don't know, I think you have several options. 1. find this part if it is for sale. 2. Try to make it yourself, for example, print it on a 3D printer, you can also try to take it from some other headphones, but it may not fit with the mounts. 3. try to rip the headband apart, but whether you can sew it beautifully depends on you.

I can only give advice, most likely some wires in your headphones are shorted, you need to take them apart and check if everything is intact.   I don’t know, maybe you can find the same headphones that don’t work and take this part from there. You can try gluing it together. You can try making a pin and drilling holes to insert it inside.
