The majority of my videos are of friends' bands here in NYC and Brooklyn... I want to help spread their great music to people who don't have access to new stuff - or to simply share it with friends here in the City. Either way, enjoy!
I've watched this about 5 times now after discovering it last week. Its probably my favorite live recording of charming disaster.

This tune was used on a documentary about me - in late November 2010 - that four media students at the University of East Sussex, (Brighton), did for their media course - apparently they got top marks for their efforts - and it played at the end whilst the closing credits were on the screen. I asked for 'Claustrophobic Sting' by The Prodigy to be used as well as another track - that I cannot remember off-the-top-of-my-head - but I am happy with the choice they made!

Nice job. I thought I was the only one silly enough to cover this song. Though I did try to do it in a serious manner.

Very nice - like the voice you have. So natural and not forced or bubble-gum sound. Has some maturity, seasoned sound in it. I hope you like Nanci Griffith because she is worth a listen if you have not.

I love the gold dress and the slinky sexy moves, somewhat Amy Winehouse, then later on she dressed like a 2nd hand store hippie. I think the band was best way back in this incarnation and you captured a few songs I have never heard before. I think if Sista kept this look and these sort of moves I she would have gone a lot farther . Also the song writing changed later on and it was never as good in my opinion, it was vapid and empty of any true meaning. Anyway I am banned from Facebook for a few more days and rambling.

here you can see how great this bass player is, you got some hand shots. Luv sister sparrow, with this guy on bass i think it was the best configuration

It was the Halloween show - the band went as Spinal Tap, obviously, and performed only covers of their music, from the show and subsequent albums. :-)
