    As my right shoulder is frozen since last 6 months, somehow the pain is relief due to regular excersixe and psychotherapy. But mam not absolutely cared Mam, request you mam...let me suggest the yog mudra please, with warm regards Mukesh Shah Ahmedabad Gujarat

    You are taking right treatment👍. Be regular with shoulder exercises. Namaskar hasta mudra hold (5 mnts) can be helpful for you.
