    In place of dye, try to add a fluorescent compound, then watch under UV light.

    I can't find the amount of sugar and water to use. Am I missing something?

    you could make a super saturated solution of sugar and water basically just mix sugar and water until you can mix no more sugar then heat the mixture and add more sugar to it , the more amount of sugar the less time it will take to form crystal

    Probably 3 cups for sugar and a cup for water but welp you can just add a smaller amount of sugar if you have limited stock just it take longer and smaller mass

    can anybody tell me why the coated sugar on the stick always fell everytime i put it in the sugar syrup?i did wait it completely dry thou … thx in advance.

  • @ardengrey7
    @ardengrey72 жыл бұрын

    What type of stick are you using? Some could be sort of "non-stick". You need something with texture like a wooden skewer, a cake pop stick, or a string with a weight on the end.

  • @smithchasea
    @smithchasea2 жыл бұрын

    Don’t wait for the stick to dry. If it dries the sugar won’t stick.

  • @ardengrey7
    @ardengrey72 жыл бұрын

    @@smithchasea Well, no, you want it to dry so the sugar "binds" to the stick. It's even better if you can wait overnight.

    Ah yes. Science is doing odd things with stuff...definitely not the systematic testing and disproving of ideas in an attempt to understand the world around us. You could have done some sort of explanation on what is going on, or at least explain that it's not aluminum turning transparent to excuse your click bait title...but that would get maybe a couple dozen fewer views. Well done, Captain Science. What a name ffs
